I wanted to take a moment to thank Suzy at her team at its ezee Bristol. From the initial meeting to website completion was in record time. I was pleasantly surprised when my website was completed much before it’s estimated launch date. Pam was on hand for any alterations and Suzy followed up to assure me any changes I would like in the future they would be there to help. The team carried out my website with the upmost of skill and level of perfection i desired and were happy to make alterations, even with my fussiness on the colour blue! I would not hesitate to recommend Suzy and her team in a heart beat and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I firstly received a most positive account of the work of It'seeze, and Pam Pluck in particular, from my Coach, Lynne Sedgmore who is a prominent and well respected Thought Leader on Leadership. I knew if she thought it was good, it WAS good. So, I rang and started a conversation about my ideas on creating a site for my new business idea and I was immediately struck by the friendly and open way the conversation went, really listening to what I needed and how It'seeze could, really help me. I never felt they were trying to manipulate me for more profit, or taking advantage of my tech naivete in any way. This was so good. They were also super flexible - I wanted to have a brand expert working with me to support the look of the site and although not standard practice, they allowed open conversation wtih the designers at the "back end" of the building process to talk with my designer to make sure there was clear understanding and line of sight to the tone and feel I wanted to achieve. My independent designer was also very complimentary about the organisation and how this was very unusual in terms of how open and adaptable Its'ezee were, and that the cost was very reasonable as well. Even when trying to set up my payment systems, Pam took control of working it through and liaising with them to get it running on time and smoothly, for which was so grateful, as I needed to get it working to a deadline - which of course Pam achieved for me. My site is now live, and I am constantly getting compliments and asked who did it for me. It is exaxctly what I wanted, and know I can move and shift with the way i need to grow and progress my ideas, with the full support of Pam and Its'ezee . This just allows me to relax and know that I don't have to read the manual or become an expert to make my own changes (although I can if I want), I can just email Pam, and she will sort it for me. So now, just making slight adjustments as the changing needs are revealed, and emailing Pam, less often, but still always available to me. I never would have got here without you Pam and Its'ezee, I am forever grateful for you time, thought, patience and tenacity in getting things done, and accommodating all of what I ask in the process.

Suzy Perry & Pam Pluck at it'seeze Websites have made me a beautiful hard working website that not only gives me the professional business makeover I needed to reflect the quality of my business but also without costing a fortune. I admit I am not the best with IT and technical terms but Suzy was so clear, steady and answered all my questions and advised on what would help me achieve my goals from the Website so I needn't have worried. My website looks very classy (expensive dare I say) and I did get quotes from more expensive companies but I am so glad I decided to go with it'seeze as they were able to create that same feel without the huge price tag. Pam was very swift in desiging the look and took my branding and beautifully threaded it right through the format of the website and chose stunning photos creating a polished finished product. I wanted it perfect and did hope it would achieve my aspirations and Pam didn't disappoint. Suzy was always open to clarifying and double checking the brief with me and thought of everything - I felt less nervous embarking on having a new website with her watching out for me and making sure that the the clients buying experience would be easy and simple! I now have mine set up to sell digital products, collecting new client information, take direct calendar bookings and take payments direct using one of the bolt on applications and in the future I now know included within my price package I can have a section where I can write blogs - further attracting more search optimisation whilst reaching greater audiences. If you are looking for a very competitively priced, attractive and multifunctional website design to raise your reputation in the digital market but feel a bit daunted as to how to start - I couldn't recommend them higher.
