In the past, developers have just done what I have told them. But what I love most about Plume is that they always take a moment to learn about our desired outcomes, and then guide us through making better technology decisions to hit our goals faster. T. A.In our initial engagement, Kane was kind enough to offer a great deal of flexibility in delivering our MVP LMS.
There were only some minor delays in its delivery, though this was more my fault than theirs, as I was very loose on deadlines (in gratitude of the flexibility around a low budget).
My assigned lead developer and project manager were always consistent and useful. In some agencies, hours are often inflated to increase bills, though this was not the case. In fact I was surprised by how much work was being done in such short timeframes.
The MVP LMS was user-tested and worked effectively.
My only other point of feedback is to offer more visibility into hosting options and perhaps accommodate smaller businesses with services other than AWS that can be far more affordable.
