These guys have designed the websites for a couple of our businesses and I've always been delighted with the results. A point on that actually, the second website they did for me - the first draft really wasn't in line with what I had in mind and so I discussed this with Webfactory who rather than amend a bit here and there, started from scratch and wrote another brand new website with approx 50 pages (and in a short space of time) that we are delighted with included one or two bespoke widgets that were very reasonably priced - thanks to the team, particularly Steve, in all you have done for us!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Customer services were prompt and accurate answering our questions prior to ordering. Once ordered, the welcome pack is detailed and ensures you provide the information required for the designer and 'wow' - the designer produced an unbelievable interpretation of what was asked for by virtue of the welcome pack. There was only one change to the draft and it was a change in message vs what we had asked for after reviewing the website. It was changed immediately without question. The attention to detail, customer service and friendly contact is exceptional - they really do care about your business. Checking and double checking, especially if they have a concern you haven't thought something through. We purchased based on Google searches and reviews and 'took the plunge' after a couple of chats with the customer service team and well worth it. I cannot commend Jamie, the designer and Bee in customer services highly enough. They are our 'dream' web team! Absolutely brilliant!

This is a new Church Parishes site – not a commercial site I can’t thank Webfactory, Caitlin, Bee, Rebekah and designer Jamie enough for their help and patience in developing and designing our site. Because of the restructuring in our Diocese, Webfactory had to - more or less - design three websites in one from our design welcome pack requirements. Jamie and Webfactory have made an excellent job of this and the site is easy to navigate to and from all of the pages The Webfactory response to all of our queries, via telephone, e-mail or online chat has always been quick and efficient . The whole experience I had with webfactory was excellent! I just wish we have found Webfactory sooner. After my initial consultation with Chris who was very helpful, I received a welcome pack when I signed up for the package, so I filled out the details how I wanted the website to look like. The comprehensive and detailed welcome pack was a superb invention. I submitted the content including pages and images to the welcome pack online. It was 5 times much better than the experience I had with my previous web design company as I found the consultation process more organised and clearer. What I found the most helpful was that I could select from 800 websites to pick the style I like the best. By doing that, it really helped me have a clearer mind of what I wanted the website to look like and also helped the designers to understand my requirements. Then I had a very dedicated and excellent web designer Dale who helped us build a fully bespoke website within 2 weeks. The website looks fabulous. Dale did a very great job!!! And he always kept us posted about the progress of our website. He was very polite and professional. He put a lot of hard work into our website. We want to thank Dale, also want to thank Hannah who did the lovely content writing for us and to thank designers Matthew, Chris and everyone who had helped us in building our beautiful website.
