P. W.I chose Antiques Web Design to help me set up my business website just over a year ago. I was hugely comforted by how approachable they were, demystifying the world of websites with total transparency over their pricing and ability to see exactly what options were available for site templates including access to many real life examples to give real confidence and realistic expectations over what I could achieve. Sharlotte was my adviser and was very attentive throughout and I couldn't have been more delighted with the end result; a very slick, contemporary and high quality feeling website. I have also been amazed at the customer response I have had in this year; I was expecting it to take a while for site visits and contacts to start to build up but I have had so many direct enquiries and sales it has been really exciting. My site is already an important and significant source of my customer business and I really wish I had done this years ago. The AWD team are constantly offering up new developments, small and large to improve the options and offerings on my site and regular blogs with advice on getting the best out of the website in terms of customer engagement and other linked features on the use of instagram etc. to enhance the customer offering. The customer support on the rare occasion I have ever had to ask anything has been very quick in response and resolution. Finally the link with Antiques Boutique is a real bonus that I wasn't expecting when I signed up but the additional exposure of my stock from another avenue which consistently appears very high up the google listings is brilliant.
