We have been using this software for approx. 3 years now and it has made such a difference to our day to day tasks. We previously used a manual excel spreadsheet to track everything and SME was a smooth transition into a much easier way of working. The system works well and any issues are resolved or explained with a quick response time. The best way to learn how to use the system is by doing, the more you use it, the easier is becomes. Our company, Cullen Property Ltd, have been using the full SME software package for circa 6 years. We use the full range of applications within the software, including the whole accounts function, and also have integrated links with Hazelton Mountford and Amiqus (referencing and ID respectively) too. We have found it to be an invaluable tool and a vital component of the business to ensure we can deliver the levels of service we required for our landlords and tenants. Honestly cannot recommend SME Professional enough. Before setting up Forth Residential I used many other property management systems, all were likely much more expensive and not a patch on SME. I started my company in 2013 and realised that I needed a professional software package that I could rely on and that would cover all aspects of running a growing leasing agency that’s based in Scotland. I found SME Professional and their software system, who have an understanding of the management of properties and Scottish law, unlike some of their competitors. I have never looked back. I got to grips with the fundamentals quite quickly and with help over the telephone, on line help and video tutorials, I learnt the finer points and shortcuts. I have found all the staff at SME very professional and understanding especially when I get stuck. When I do, SME are there to sort things out.
