Working with Gavin and Katie felt involved in the project. They helped me select a suitable theme for the site, and recommended a graphic designer who produced an excellent logo and style guide for the business.
Throughout the build process, they took advantage of the various features available in the theme and exceeded my expectations whenever I made a request for a change. I was in close contact with Gavin and Katie throughout the build process and really felt part of the process. They guided me through setting up the various accounts for hosting and licenses meaning that everything is in my name, whilst I don't have any plans to go elsewhere, its nice to know that I have the freedom to do so and that they did not try to shackle my site to them.

I felt they really listened to what the company needed and what image it wanted to portray and came up with some very good ideas as to how this could be incorporated into the website. They were always very quick at getting their side of the work done, but were also very patient with us in their requests for content from us, which we probably took more time over than we should have.
I felt I could make suggestions too and they were always considered - even if quite time consuming and complex. If they weren't really feasible, or in some cases just really bad ideas, they would always explain stuff to myself and other staff in a straightforward way, so we could get why they thought we should go with something else.
Throughout the whole process they were always approachable and brought a great sense of humour to the experience, which was quite a relief. Web design in the past has not always been a very happy encounter for us, but this definitely restored my faith.
