When I first receive an email from Prem I was not in need of any help with my website as I was teaching myself to build it and thought I could do it. A little while went by and I realized that I was wrong and I really do need help. So I sent a reply just inquiring about what he had to offer. A few days passed and out of the blue, I got a phone call from him. I was just about to say "Sorry not interested" like I do with all the other cold callers but I liked the manner that he greeted me and how he addressed the subject of interest. It was very polite and inviting so I continued the conversation with him. 1 hour and 18 minutes later we decided to end the conversation as a lot had been said for the first point of contact and we need to absorb the information and questions that had been asked and answered. I was so excited to finally have my dream come true as this had been my 4th attempt to make my online store become a reality. Prem is a detailed guy, meaning he doesn't leave any stone unturned when asking questions. I am a very talkative person when I am passionate about something and when it's business there's no shutting me up. So I think most of his questions were answered before asking me them lol Keep up the good work Prem you are a star and worth your weight in gold and more.
