If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I am currently setting up my own travel agency and I was always a bit worried about setting up my own website as I know I haven’t got the expertise and creativity to build a website that looked professional. I was looking through the internet and came across First Rate Marketing and was very impressed with everything they offered on the website. I sent an email to the website and within 12 hours I got a friendly response from a person called Samuel Rawlings. I was greeted with a professional and friendly email that encouraged me to have a one-to-one chat with Samuel. Within that email, we organized a time that was perfect for me during the following week. My first impressions were fantastic special mention of how professional and friendly Samuel is! I came into the meeting not knowing anything about websites, but only with my ideas of how the website should look. Samuel was very patient with my lack of knowledge about websites and made me feel comfortable about the fact I had no clue about any terminology when creating my own. Not at any point did I feel uncomfortable in fact it was the total opposite, after the first meeting I left with more knowledge about websites which is an unexpected bonus for me. After our first meeting, Samuel introduced me to another member of his team Sean who was equally amazing, super friendly, and professional. What I loved most about my whole experience was how easy it was to express my ideas to both of them in a group call, I have had previous experiences with different companies being in a conference call with more than one person and being intimidated. Samuel and Sean both together listened to me very carefully which I found very impressive because I have a lot of energy and passion and once I get going with my words it’s hard for the average person to catch up but they both did an amazing job. What I loved was also the weekly communication and progress reports to keep me updated and in the loop. That was always my biggest worry about investing in a random company is taking my money and not replying within a month or 6 weeks etc. With First Rate Marketing this was not a problem at all, every meeting they attended on time, everything I asked for they achieved, and most importantly it didn’t feel like a business call towards the end of the project it felt more like a friend gathering. To some people, they like to keep it strictly professional I really respect that decision however I am a person who loves making new friends and being excited to work I managed this with Samuel and Sean. After 6 weeks of back and forth, and meetings online my travel website has been created and I couldn’t possibly be happier with the results. They managed to achieve more than my expectations and I am super proud words cannot express how actually happy I am. I am seriously excited to launch this website over the summer, because of this website I have more confidence in my business now than I ever had. If you are a person like me who didn’t have a clue about creating websites and felt intimidated about starting one yourself I really encourage you to try First Rate Marketing, Samuel and Sean are the best in the business. Having been referred this company via a friend after searching for a non BS web design company (yes there is loads of them) Sam didn’t once try and sell me the dream, he told me straight what He can do for me and what I need to do myself to grow my online presence, again, very reassuring to be told I have to be accountable too! We got in touch with FRM after thinking our "homemade" WIX website just wasn't hitting the mark. We didn't realise that it wasn't just the front end we should be concerned with but the backend too. FRMs team showed us some stats and essentially our website was really sluggish and this was limiting exposure on Google (not ideal..) The new Train Primal website now looks fantastic - not only that but as you can see with the attached image the speed of our website is brilliant. Really enjoyed working with the team and as we are on the monthly package we know our website is being looked after 24/7 and any changes or additions that need making will be sorted ASAP. As a small business this has been perfect!
