I found GenUp digital through the platform Bark while I was looking for a web developer to help me to scale my small business. After doing some research, I decided to hire GenUp due to their fast responses to my messages. I was a little sceptical that this level of service would decrease after they had secured my business, but I needn’t have been concerned. As a small business owner, web development is not my strong suit. From the very beginning of our interactions, Gavin gave me clear answers to my questions, both educating me on the areas that I needed to know and taking care of the areas I could entrust to him. I used Gen up Digital to build my website. I had previously tried to build my own website using a build your own platform. I thought this would be cost affective ....... it wasn't, the time and hours I had to spend to eventually end up with a website that didn't look or perform how I wanted was ridiculous. So I bit the bullet and handed over to Gun up digital , the time I got back and the quality of the site was well worth the premium that I paid. Also if I have problems or want something changed then I can just get in touch with them. The reason I went with Gen up was their enthusiasm for the project and they also gave some great pointers and ideas about how to make the site work better for me. The project ran 2 days over but mainly because we made some minor changes to plan right at the end. Over all the service I received was first class and I would instantly recommend them to a friend.
