We worked with Richard and his team to create a new brand identity for Evolution in 2013, and then the design of our new e-commerce website. It was a pleasure working with them all. Richard was very hands on, meeting with us and visiting different parts of the business to really get a feel for us. He understood how important retail Brand is and really did everything he could to get it right for us! He was always enthusiastic, professional and keen that we be happy with the final result. He worked very well with our e-commerce site designer and the collaboration ended with a website we were very proud of. I love our logo and design concept which inspired our new instore design. I have been fortunate to work with Richard over the past 8 years and it is precisely that which I value most: the relationship. There will always be another agency that's bigger, cheaper or nastier to work with but Richard and his team consistently deliver excellent work with a human touch. Richard and his studio are driven by the net impact their work product will have in the market for my business instead of how much profit he can make off me and it shows. If I had to say something only slightly less flattering, it's that we end up spending a lot of time discussing how proud he is of the various other projects his studio is working on. The website for Lisa Norris Gallery was vital to the launch of the space in 2013. Richard and his team at the studio in Chelsea delivered exactly what I wanted on time and on budget.
