We were looking for expertise with Google Suites to help build an intranet site as both an employee engagement and news platform, and as training ground to help manage standard operating processes and upskill our staff. To start, we were able to outline a few key components of what would be needed, and Steegle provided excellent examples of their work to direct and guide us. Some of our ideas were not necessarily served well by an intranet site and more applicable to a customer relationship management system and their feedback helped greatly with focus on the final design. The training and coaching for managing our site conducted over virtual meetings was very effective. Steegle has been a phenomenal find! We are a US-based, national franchisor of childcare centers and do not have in-house IT support. When our corporate office decided to convert to gsuite, I watched many Steegle youtube training videos. The videos were insightful, clear, and extremely useful. Consequently, when our company wanted to do more sophisticated projects, Steegle was a natural choice. Our first project was a company Intranet dashboard to use as a central site to launch our proprietary apps, disperse company information, and provide access to google tools. Our Intranet has become a key asset: looks great, is easy to maintain and update, and ties our 26 locations together. Our second project was to secure our web POS. Steegle thought outside the box and created a script to restrict/allow access to our POS based on our gsuite members and assigned security levels. It is a less invasive "VPN" which totally protects web access. We couldn't be happier with the results! Super easy to maintain, user friendly, and, of course, secure. They are a tenacious group that will solve problems. If one way doesn't work, they try another. They are good listeners and go the extra step for customer service. I definitely recommend them!

I Chair an academic department at a university. We have been using Classic Google Sites to organize all of our departmental information for a number of years, and wanted to get in front of the move from Classic to the new version of Sites. When thinking about consultants to help us with the move, Steegle was the first to come to mind as I've been receiving their blog posts for a number of years and have been consistently impressed with their depth of knowledge and high level presentation. I was curious how things would work with Steegle being in the UK, but this had absolutely no impact on our interaction. After some initial discussion regarding our needs, differences between Classic and new sites, and our style preferences, Steegle developed some mockups of new Sites pages. They were then able to port our Classic site to the new version of sites with relatively little additional input on our end. They exceeded my expectations in terms of their responsiveness and willingness to meet our numerous requests as we moved through the process. I would strongly recommend them to others looking to move from Classic to the new version of Sites. I'll also note that along the way I had MANY questions regarding subtleties using Google Drive, and they were able to provide some excellent advice in a number of other areas.

We found the need for numerous scripts to be written in order for us to retrieve sets of specific data from a vast amount of emails, which all ran smoothly and as planned. Domain mapping problem in google sites - solved. For several years we tried to map multiple secondary TLD (top level domains) to multiple Google Sites created under the primary domain of GSuite without success. Experts from Steegle helped us to solve this issue with their advice & videos. We turned to Steegle because I am following their tips&tricks posts (forums and mailing list) related to gsites for quite long time. Strongly recommended.

I was in real trouble as I migrated my website from A Google classic site to the new Google site. I spent hours trying to get it to work and was with out A website for 24 hours losing Business.
