I've recently changed to Tabeo as a supplier for my customers finance. I was surprised how quick it was to set up, I didn't bother with any training as the website is very easy to use. I've just contacted my rep so Tabeo can supply my other company and he's gone above and beyond! For the company process, a little tricky, I thought I was going to get a £68 per month finance plan, however my finance got rejected and they put me straight onto the £122 monthly plan which I could not afford and therefore had to cancel. It would have been nice for someone to email or call to discuss before they assumed and set me up on the higher plan. Maybe a company process that should be changed for a more consultative approach? On the flip side, Xavier was really helpful and assisting me with getting the refund and was great to help. Thank you Xavier

Tabeo is by far the best finance company we have been with. That's really all I need to say. Go ahead and sign up with them now. If you need more convincing, please read on... Tabeo is so straightforward to use. And it is easy for our patients to complete as well. It take less than a minute to input all the details (literally) and the application for our patients take only 2 minutes. When Ollie first approached the clinic to see if we wanted to sign up I was very hesitant as I'd already tried two and they were not easy at all and the signing up process was lengthy with the previous ones. However, Ollie was very patient (so patient!) and answered all my questions (over and over again), so I made the leap. No regrets. Also, customer service, to ensure you know what you're doing and any random questions that come up during use, is always handled speedily. Definitely this has made admin and managing payments so much easier, which is a win for any business.
