Brilliant from the start of the process to the end result! As a complete novice where websites are concerned Web-Monkey has been invaluable, every step has been explained and I’ve been kept up-to-date throughout. Web-Monkey also keeps an excellent balance - doing all the technical aspects yet keeping the business owner very involved in the build making it feel more like a team effort rather than just an impersonal website build. The ‘after build’ service is also spot on. I’ve always had my questions or requests responded to in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Web-Monkey.
