I reached out to Rare Form to revamp our website as it had become dated and dull. Initially I had a good discussion with the Joss who took time to get an idea of what I needed and the direction I wanted to go in. This was followed up with a detailed quote which was very reasonable. When I was ready to go ahead I had a meeting with Chris & Joss so they could get an even better understanding of my business and client needs along with plenty of more IT specific requirements for the site. I am not overly knowledgeable in this area, yet the whole process was delivered to me in a way that was easy to understand and follow. The team provided me with a number of "drafts" of a potential look to the new site, and when I settled on one they continued to tweak and make adjustments throughout the build. The only delays were caused by myself, the whole team at Rare Form were exceptionally responsive to any queries I made, or requests I had. Once we had gone live with a beautiful, fresh, modern website that much better reflected our business, I still wanted to add to and make a couple of adjustments (I am aware I am not an easy customer), and they were quick to oblige. Overall the whole process in dealing with Rare Form was seamless and I have received a fantastic website that I am proud to show off. I will be continuing to use Rare Form for hosting & on going support. I believe I have received value for money every step of the way and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Having seen the negative review, I felt it only fair to post my experience with Rare Form. I'm currently working with them on a start up company I'm planning to launch in the new year and the experience has been nothing but positive. Back in October, I met with a number of agencies around Oxford and two in London and decided to go with Rare Form because they impressed me the most. Jean, the owner, certainly has the best handle on marketing I've come across; and I like the way they separate design from build when it comes to making websites. Admittedly, the work has been going on for nearly two months now - but I have no problem with that as, having launched two previous businesses, I know from experience that a rushed job is ultimately counter productive. Plus, to be fair, I've changed my mind on the direction. Rare Form, to their credit, have been agreeable and accommodating at every juncture, and I am genuinely excited about the site going live. I don't know which company the disgruntled reviewer is panning, but it doesn't sound like the Rare Form I'm currently dealing with. I would certainly recommend this outfit. Enough said.

I can only talk about our own experience which has been nothing short of excellent. From the off, communication was clear, honest and transparent. In particular Rare Form helped point out that our own rather fanciful ideas regarding the projected image of our new business were actually a) not particularly good b) well beyond our projected budget.
