Using Bright Office, we can monitor course numbers, plan events, log customers, automate manual admin work, and more. It even pulls in live data from our website, which is really useful. From our very first meeting with the team at Bright office the team were extremely professional and welcoming. The demonstration of Bright office's capabilities and platforms was very thorough and we were given plenty of opportunities to ask questions, as well as, follow up with the team via email if anything came to us afterward. This was all before we had decided to go with the CRM bright office had proposed and this level of professionalism and care helped to secure our services. Once agreed that Bright office would be conducting this work for us the relationship grew from there. Shane was extremely helpful throughout and was very receptive to our requirements and demands and we felt confident that the system would do exactly what we needed it to. The onboarding process from developing the CRM around our current data and needs, in addition to the training itself, was incredibly thorough and smooth. The team found the transition from training to actually using the system incredibly easy. We also were delighted with the response time and effectiveness from the team if we had any queries. They were always answered in a good time frame and answered clearly. The CRM that has been custom-built for us has made our work within West London much more efficient and effective. I would highly recommend Bright office and the team there.

I have been a customer of BrightOffice for around 3 years now. I have owned a number of companies, mostly in the Financial Services marketplace and I have bought 4 or 5 different software solutions over the years.
My only regret with BrightOffice is that I did not find them sooner. I would have saved an awful lot of money and had a lot less stress. I have never worked with such a brilliant software company. Not only is the software extremely flexible and can be used for a variety of industries, the team at BrightOffice are brilliant. I have never had an issue getting help when I am stuck.
They are always happy to help and never complain about having to show me how to undertake a task, or make changes multiple times (even when they have shown me previously).
Some of the work I ask of them should be chargeable, but I cannot get them to charge me. They do the work promptly and efficiently and always seem happy to help.
A special call out to James Coopersmith (software support team) and Brad Morton (Head of Products) who are really fantastic to work with and really know how to find productive solutions.

I moved the admin of my training business to BrightOffice in 2019. This has been the best IT move we've ever made. The system is fantastic but the customer service is even better. Our account manager Paul has worked tirelessly on ensuring the system is working in the way we need and his support to all of my staff has been fantastic!

I have been a customer since 2019 and this is my first venture into using a CRM system. We are finance brokers and had been recommended by another firm. From the outset I was very comfortable with how the system was "pitched" at me and to be fair everything I wanted/needed or thought I needed it to do it did...and some!! Since onboarding Helen and her team cannot do enough for you in terms of adapting the system to my specific needs...every point I raise she takes the time to understand where I am coming from and then magically makes it become reality within the system. The training and support is brilliant and i have never felt lost at any point which is important as I have limited IT knowledge and can see the value this will add to my business. Having been with Bright Office for a year now I thought it was time to write a review.
The system is written from the ground up specifically for brokers and lenders with a great deal of functionality. Michael Fairhurst was superb throughout the process of assessment and was patient and informative whilst we worked through the various CRM systems available to ECS Group, as this was a big investment decision for us.
Once the commitment had been made the personalisation and implementation of the system was swift and the two day training excellent. We have the added benefit that Brad Morton is our account manager and his knowledge of the system is phenomenal. Brad took the time to gain a clear understanding of our business and was able to direct us to parts of the system that would be of use to us, some of them we had not even discovered were available to us until the system was live so an added bonus. Since then we have had a number of occasion when we have needed assistance in using the system or building templates etc. and Brad has always made himself available and delivered the required assistance quickly and efficiently.
The ongoing system updates are always beneficial and new features are being added all the time without additional costs being added to the monthly licence fee.
I cannot speak highly enough of this system and the company, hence the 5 star review, and since taking the system on have referred or given references to my peer group.

Offering an incredible CRM system, which can be used to carry out and process the smallest of things such as storing customer data to complex workflows and intelligent document management.
