I had a clear brief of what I needed the website to deliver - seamless integration with my booking/payment software - MINDBODY, and a very straightforward 'customer journey' ie browse to purchase in 3 clicks or fewer.
Scott and the team achieved this and more. Despite MINDBODY being a new software for them I feel they really go to know it and actually clarified a few things for me even though I had been using it for several years.
My design 'brief' was a little more fluid (OK I was struggling to come up with a strong concept myself!)
I wanted to keep a few elements from the previous business (The Zest name and yellow colour scheme) but evolve it into something clean, crisp and that demonstrated online fitness, diversity and was unisex (that's quite a lot reading it back!)
The designer Daniel helped me clear my mind, cut through the 'noise' and actually the logo was rubber stamped within a couple of days.
I am simply delighted with the outcome. My colleague at MINDBODY too. Recently said 'every time I look at your website Sam I realise how much work went in to making this such a great customer experience'
