We have used a number of website providers in the past but BWAR have been by far the best. Aaron is amazing! Literally nothing has been too much trouble. He and his team have produced a lovely, modern and refreshing website and the support surrounding this has been exceptional. Always accessible on the phone and even had a couple of face to face meetings which have been invaluable. Good value for money and we feel like we have finally found a trustworthy and professional company who we will continue to use for all of our IT support. 5 stars to Aaron Ward and his team!!!

I was told about BWAR about 12 months ago when we were looking at having a website re-built, monitored and maintained. I was contacted by Aaron at BWAR who I can honestly say is the most professional "couldn't do enough for you" kind of guy. I've worked with BWAR over the past 12 months being promised this and promised that which you get when you take on a new contract with a company, BWAR have restored my faith in working with online marketing companies, everything they promised was done quickly, efficiently and was very affordable. What is brilliant about these guys is they just don't stop, they are always in touch giving me feedback about this and saying "can we try this new thing" and I always expect it to cost a little more, but it never does. Great move for my business, when BWAR contacted me I was sceptical I was happy with my web site provided by BT just a bit irritated that I had lost the little padlock icon thingy ....you can tell Im not tech savvy! James spent a lot of time talking to me helping me to understand how websites work and so I decided to give them my business. Just got a mobile app from BWAR for my local training business. I have been really pleased with it. Its great for letting customers book on to training sessions and for me to send them offers using the voucher code system. What I really like about them is that I have been regular weekly calls with them for the last 2 months to get ideas on the best way to use the app. They have been brilliant. As part of my plan they offer this service for free for the first 3 months to make sure that I get the most out of my app. For anyone who doesn't know much about tech or marketing, defiantely sign up for this option as It makes sure you will actually get a benefit and added value from having it. I tell all my customers to download it and show them how to use it. The feedback I have had has been brilliant.

I have been in business for over 35 years and come across all sorts of individuals and companies trying to sell this that and the other ,being totally green regarding the internet technology and all that’s associated with it I have been taken for a ride time and time again and wasted thousands of pounds in the process! BWAR are a very professional and creative company! I needed a logo for my rounders team and with no hesitation they mocked up their ideas and sent them my way very quickly and efficiently! I couldn't have been happier with the result, you could see how skillful the designer was because of how clean and clear the logo came out! The design stayed with the original idea but had a lovely modern edge to it and I absolutely loved it! I have now got them printed on jumpers and t-shirts and I am a very happy customer indeed! :) If you need logos for printing or even just logos for anything I would definitely recommend BWAR to anyone and everyone!!
