Having found out that one of our Company Logos had been copied and used on a social media site to represent another Company in India, Chris gave me exact advice on why/how this happens and how to deal with getting the clone logo removed. Following Chris's guidance I contacted the Company that the social media links were being directed to and they immediately replied stating they knew nothing about this and that they had requested the marketing agency cloning us and representing them to remove all associations to our Logo. Recently uses these guys for the second time after been impressed first time round. Our business email got hacked into and Chris at Cyberkiln quickly solved the issue by promptly backing up our emails then transferring the self hosted domain to their server even managing to rescue all our emails which was an absolute god send! The guys efficiently worked after hours to solve this issue for us. They are always on hand to answer questions, and explain things which is simplw to understand no jargon.
