I wish we had gone with this company when we first set up our chimney sweeping business. They are a hundred times better than Yell. We mistakenly thought that a big national company, charging top dollar, would be efficient and serve our business well. This has not been the case. PJ Marketing are proving to be far better and we can communicate with them far more easily. Things get done correctly first time. On the other hand, as a communications company, Yell cannot even communicate within their own organisation, let alone with their customers. While it has only been three months since we switched to PJ Marketing, they have certainly come up with the goods.
