I have nothing but good to say about the level of service received from CiaoWeb in helping design and set up our company website. Roberto's understanding of what we were looking to achieve was excellent. We were given a 7 day lead in to the website being up and running it was all completed in 3 days. His advice also saved me a lot of money where other companies had tried to sell me our domain at a profit Roberto advised to go and buy our domain and gave several suggestions about how we do that.
