I had been let down by another provider and Dan saved my bacon! It was incredibly important that I got 4 high quality artwork prints asap, I called a number of providers who couldn’t help. Having used Dan and the Sharkfin Media team for our wedding I gave them a call to see if they could take some pictures of our family for my mum’s 70th birthday. Dan was able to be flexible to book us in at a time and date that fitted in with what we had planned and took some amazing photos of us all. As part of the deal he also created a beautiful framed photo of a picture of our choosing that is now hanging on my mum’s wall. It’s beautiful and she loves it.

When I first started producing prints of my work I used a few different firms with varying levels of satisfaction. Sharkfin Media we’re recommended to me by another artist and I’ve been using them exclusively for a couple of years now at least. No matter how busy they are and how much work they have on they always get straight back to me and accommodate me and my comparatively small jobs. They’re always honest with timeframes given and their work has always been to the highest standard. On the occasions I’ve asked their opinion on papers etc they’ve shared a wealth of knowledge. On the one occasion when something wasn’t quite right they did then whole print again free of charge. Dan and Sharkfin Media have been a very welcome breath of fresh air compared to other printers I used where I felt like I was an inconvenience to them in their workplace. I can’t recommend them highly enough

I called up for a quote for a large scale Giclee print, and Dan immediately was able to give me options with regards to posting, and sizing for bleed as well as the costs associated with this - it made my life super easy! I also appreciated the fact that he very kindly obliged me with a minor packaging request, and overall he was very friendly! I've dealt with several website design and hosting companies before. I've worked with Sharkfin Media for a year now and continue to receive great service. I have now started making changes to the content myself which is easy to do and gives me the flexibility I need. I know Jonathan is there for support at the end of the line if I need it (and is usually able to help the same day - a service that can be rare nowadays). We gave Sharkfin a clear remit of what we wanted for the look and feel of our new website. They listened. They delivered. The result was perfect. No need to be local to have your website hosted by them - I've lived in Cornwall for a year now and we've still not met (because of being too busy on my part, not theirs)!
