Andy at BlackDog takes care of all of our IT needs. We are a small and growing business but complex. We currently have six employees with multiple e-mail addresses and portals we access. From WebDesign to SEO to Server management he has looked after us really well. We have referred him to clients and all are happy with what he does. Andy at Black Dog Solutions has been helping me with IT work for 3 months now for my fast growing Interned-based Company Ecolamp Recycling Ltd. Right from the start I could see that he is competent, knowledgeable and very experienced. Over the last 15 years my previous IT "experts" have come and gone. I frequently found them struggling to solve my problems, and sooner or later each of them exposed their limitations or exhausted their expertise. Not with Andy, he quickly and efficiently fixes my IT issues consistently as they arise, usually by dialling in to my computers without having to attend site.
