Came to Blue Whale to have a website developed for my business. The team at every stage were amazing! The design department were great and followed my initial thoughts and ideas about out the site would look and definitely delivered on how the website looks overall! The development team built the site very swiftly and were very on-point when it came to changes that were needed before going live! My experience was amazing when dealing with everybody at Blue Whale Media. We loved working with all the design team and the graphic designers. The communication during the whole project was great. The design team listened to actually what we wanted to from our new website and made it happen. The team worked really hard and always answered any questions I had quickly and professionally. I found and called Blue Whale a few months ago as I required a new website for my business ASAP. I had a 1 hour phone call to discuss my aims and objectives. I then had anther call about 2 days later to go through a proposal that had been created for me. I loved the proposal as it was well presented and very proposal. It clearly stated what I was getting and how much it would cost. It also highlighted other services such as marketing and costs. I found this helpful as other companies had not explained about additional costs for Google Marketing. I honestly had no idea what was involved. During the build everything was done quickly and I was kept informed as the site progressed. When I had questions or ideas their was always someone to listen and tell me if they could be done. I must admit I did change the spec a couple of time as I could see how good the site so we agreed some extra changes for the extra work. The website just looks amazing. Just a quick comment. To say I am very impressed with the service that was provided by everybody. The communication was excellent during the whole project. Amazing company. Probably one of the best I have worked with over the last few years when it comes to completing a web development project and I have worked with a few agencies. It was so easy to work with all the staff at blue whale. I had more dealings with Gary, Stef and Lewis then anybody else as they controlled the build process. Gary is an expert is planning out the strategy. I must have spent 4 hours at least twice with Gary at his offices in Warrington. We discussed the plan he had created over and over again as I wanted to make sure I was getting the right type of website. At no point did Gary get bored with telling me things two or three times. I am very impressed with the website which has been built. The site looks very professional and is in keeping with the spec we gave the design team at the very start of the project. I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I have had working with these guys and girls. I was so nervous about building a new website as I have good results already online. However the website was so dated and boring. So I did some shopping around online and spoke to two or 3 different agencies. I eventually settle with this company. The reason I did this that I love the fact Gary and his team gave me time to explain what I wanted. We must have had 2 or 3 meeting before I signed up. The start of the project was fairly easy as i needed to collect all my new images for the website. The fact I could also used custom graphcs created by the graphics team was fantastic. I loved the 10 special graphics they created. I am not very good with content. So I agreed to let them do the content for me. The process was easy as I had a couple of calls with the content team and explained what I wanted to say. They then drafted the content and sent it me to amend and approve. We had some very tight turn around times required for our project. I had two meeting with Gary and Stef and they both assured me the new website we required could be created within the a certain budget and on time. I have been really impressed with the speed the team worked and fact the site went live 2 days before deadline. My project required a customer signup area and a way for people pay. I must say I was really impressed with how guys at blue whale designed the site so our customers can make payments quickly and easily. We had a fairly healthy budget for the project but we also wanted a new logo designing and a short video creating. The video looks quality and gets our message across. We did say in our brief we wanted support ongoing as we did not want to have to update the site ourselves. When we send requests to blue whale everything is always sorted within a few hours which makes my life much easier. We love the fact the website does push through our instagram feed to the homepage. We feel this is a great feature. In general it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience dealing with everybody at Blue Whale during the website build process.

We required a new website as we have created a new business to go alongside our current business which has been around for 10 years which is already fairly successful online. We believe we got a very good, cost effective service.The website was really good value for money. We really like the way the pages have be created so they are not bland and boring. The moving images on the pages look great and interesting. The content which was created was also really well done and we can't believe how engaging content can be. The 2 videos we had created look fantastic. We just hope people feel the same when they view them. The videos did take extra time to create but this was explained at the start, so we where fine with that. Overall the whole experience had been fun and interesting. Well worth the 5 stars.

I have partnered with Blue Whale for 3 projects so far over the last 4 years. They have been very professional every time we have worked together. I am always very busy with my other businesses which means I can sometimes be quite difficult to pin down. Blue Whale have always worked with me to make time for an office visit to discuss the project at the start. My dance schools have gown over the last 5 years hence me needing new websites. I really have enjoyed the design process when working with the the design team. It is my favourite part of the process to be honest. I love the fact I get to talk with the graphic designers about what I want the pages to look like. Some of the designs they have come up with have been amazing. This project has been a bit different as I wanted a booking system. However I have always been fairly old fashioned by using pen and paper. That being said after sitting down with Gary he explained how the booking system would free up more of my time. This is just what I needed more time... The fact that all my sites look and feel the same was very important to me. I want people to see my brand in years to come as I expand more. The designers have just been amazing with me even if I can be a bit of a pain changing things last minute. The next stage will be to go live with our marketing campaigns on facebook. Blue Whale will be looking after this for me like they have done with my other websites. My other two sites get lots of engagement from Facebook and bookings have grown each year. My advice would be if you need help with building a website give these guys a call.

My current website was 5 years old and had no traffic going to it anymore. I had not really relied on the internet before to get business as I did most of my business face to face. However 18 months ago that all changed when covid coursed my business to suffer as I could not visit customers anymore. I decided to commit to getting myself a bespoke website built that could generate enquiries via the search engines. I searched the internet for local companies and I spoke to two or three businesses. I liked bits and pieces that each business said but overall was not ready to sign up. I then found this company and decided to arrange a face to face meeting as I wanted to meet the team I would be working with. I was instantly impressed on arriving at the offices. Everybody was down to earth and easy going while still being very professional. The office dogs where very cute and helped to create a relaxed meeting environment. The meeting lasted about an hour and I can honestly say I learned more in that 1 hour about what it takes to build a website that works then I have done in the last 5 years. In the meeting I spoke with the managing director and the graphics team. They explained why I should think about changing my branding including my logo. It all was made to sound very easy and not stressful The website build went like promised and was painless. The video they created was also really good. I found that being able to preview the storyboard before the video was created helped me feel included in the process. I love what the social media team have done with the look of current social channels. They look so much more professional and engaging like my new website. I would highly recommend using these guys

What can I say... They listened to what I actually wanted and then produced a great plan . This has resulted in our great new website being built , which we love and our customers have told us they also really like. The reason I say they listened is that I spoke to 3 different web design people/companies and they all just wanted to sell, sell ,sell to me. It was really off putting and not what I wanted or required. However Gary and his team took the time to ask me about what I wanted from my new website. We have some very cool new features within our site that allow us to track users and the re market to them which was something we had not even realised could be done. We at first only needed a new video creating to showcase our new service. However after talking to Gary and the team at Blue Whale we quickly realised we should also drag our old website from 7 years ago into the 21 century as well. Yes cost played at part in getting the website rebuilt as well. I found the cost for the website rebuild and the video production work to be very reasonable as we had been quoted huge sums for a website a few years ago by a couple of web agencies. Personally I found Blue Whale to be fair and reasonable when it come to the costs. Don't get me wrong they are not the cheapest, however we did not need to go with the cheapest company. Plus I don't always believe going with the cheapest company is the best idea. Considering our budget for both the website and video was mid range I felt the service received was very good. Communication was mostly done via email which worked great for me as I tend to be in meeting most of the day. When needed I could call and have a chat with Gary about varies aspects of the video and website design and build. I needed the video quickly and was quite surprised at how quickly things come together. I was really happy with the overall service and will get other service videos created by the guys at blue whale again in the future. The website was not as important time wise. However the design process was quite quick once I supplied my content and new images. Very Happy

Working with the whole team at blue whale was a pleasure. We required a couple of different services such as video production and website design. We talked to a few different suppliers but Gary and this team where very credible and understood our brief and timescales. The whole process took about 6 weeks which was actually what we agreed.We had to supply all the content as we did not want to pay for this service. Maybe on our next project with blue whale we will get the content created as it would have been quicker. The video and website look really clean and professional. Don't get me wrong we are paying for this type of service so if you think paying £200 or £300 a month will cover a monthly meeting at the Blue Whale Offices it won't. I was contacted by the Blue Whale team and we had some fairly long discussions on how to get the best out of a new website. It was suggested that by rebuilding the website with a brand new design and in a newer version of Woo Commerce I could increase my conversions online. The design team helped with getting the csv to correctly download from my old website as it was coursing some issues. The Blue Whale team then spent time in getting the old csv to play ball with the new system.
