What can I say?? Just look at my website!!! Paul at Blackbox has been nothing short of fantastic! I approached Paul for a fresh new website (as my old one was looking drab and dreary) and to set up an online booking system for our mot's. We had many conversations and a full itemised proposal was sent through, and edited, before agreeing to start the work. Work began and, during the setting up phase of the website, I decided to completely change everything!!! I mean EVERYTHING! The design, the booking system (to also incorporate other areas within the business) etc. Paul took it all in his stride. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept his cool and professionalism - where even I would have been screaming at me!! 🤣 New website was set up. A completely bespoke booking system - which, in itself, was a major major task with lots of variables to cover - was designed and installed by Paul. Fully trialled and tested together and then launched live - which is where I expected it all to be too good to be true and waited for the inevitable catastrophe to occur......nope. Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect. This is testament to Paul's eagle-eye for detail and covering every eventuality. He has kept me upto daye at every opportunity. He is now hosting for me too. The whole process has been seamless. I have had no issues whatsoever with the design, build, etc. Paul is super-friendly, approachable and on the end of the phone whenever needed and has been an absolute star. Prices are good and the website is awesome! Way, way better than what I had envisaged. Trust me - give Blackbox a try. You will not regret it! Thank you Paul 👍
