Wow! Amazing B-Web thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ve created a first class user friendly web-site that will support our community work and make it so much easier for parents with children with special needs and disabilities to engage with us and access support and information in our area. To find a company with a conscience, a strong sense of social responsibility and a genuine willingness to help and follow through with promises, was a new experience. When you said you were the right people for the job, you were spot on! Zoe, your patience with all our non-specified changes, which you accommodated so graciously and diligently (although I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to charge for some of them?) as well as your efforts to help and guide us, was truly invaluable. Naomi, thank you for all your ideas and creativity and a huge shout out to the rest of the team for their tireless professionalism and erudite responses to frantic phone calls, questions and calls for ‘help’ when we didn’t know what we were doing (thank goodness you did)! What a team you are – truly first class!

To my Ex Boss of that Web Design Agency in Knaphill, Surrey. Thank you for coming into my life! I would tell my friends and family about this amazing woman who had 5 kids and ran a cool Web agency. I felt good working for you, valued. I worked so hard for two years for you. You were so kind and took us for lunches and gave us surprise bonuses. You even paid for me to go and meet Theo Pathetis in Birmingham to collect a business award on your behalf. It was incredible to work for someone this nice and really determined to succeed... And was a woman! Wow! You moved to another part of the country and a few days later and I found myself being made redundant. It was a total shock to me. Three staff members and you picked me? You said my senior role was no longer needed, but I wasn't a senior. I was employee by contract as a Web Designer. You said you chose between myself and another designer, however she wasn't put in the redundancy process, just me. I still don't know why I was selected and even during my unfair dismissal case against you, you posted something bad and false about me on your website to stop me being employable to anyone else. That's called Libel and Defamation of Character just to remind you. My case was settled out of court in my favour, including you giving me a good reference and we part ways. I was so sad that this had happened. I loved working for you and I thought you were an incredible woman. But every cloud! I found an amazing job I really loved with much better salary and I was working with a really amazingly hilarious team. I put my experience with you completely behind me, I never contacted you or spoke about you. That was until 18 months later, you decided to contact my current employer about a personal hobby of mine which didn't suit you to tell them they should "be careful". I made a choice not to give up my really successful hobby as I love it and I allowed the parting of ways with my company with nice final pay and a send off! I have tons of friends who support me plus a family who know and embrace how I live my life. They admire how strong I am as a person and how I always rise above every challenge I'm faced with. I hope things work out for you, ex boss. I hope your business goes better because if you were so busy, surely you wouldn't be keeping an eye on me after we parted ways two years ago? You keep looking at my online profiles, don't worry, I keep all the screenshots of everything you've said about me and when your face pops up that you've viewed me somewhere. But mind you, if you were busy, you wouldn't have the time to again keep tabs on me and keep making my life better and better! So again, thank you! Thank you for keeping an eye on me. Sorry I hadn't been as kind to keep an eye on you, I've been so busy having fun with friends, family, travelling 6 times a year and being internationally recognised from the USA, to Europe, to Asia and to Australia. So before you think this is libel, you will agree that everything I have written is true and can be backed up, plus I have said nothing but good things about you and how you've made me so much happier!
