Joanna led some 121 coaching and meditation sessions with my teenage son. I was impressed by the professional and warm way in which she handled this. She made every effort to tailor the sessions to his needs both logistically and emotionally. After the first week, when he was a little uncertain beforehand as to what I had signed him up for, he was eager to attend each session. He has certainly been more relaxed after the sessions and has used the recorded meditations provided by Joanna in between sessions to help himself to wind down. I felt safe entrusting my child's wellbeing to Joanna. I hope that even if this does not seem "life changing" to him right at this moment, it has given him a valuable tool in his mental health toolbox. I "think" there may be a tendency among boys and men to avoid this sort of self reflection and meditation. I believe that this has broken that barrier for him shown him how effective it can be for him personally. Thank you Joanna.

My son really benefitted from therapeutic yoga sessions with Joanna. She not only understood what he needed, and the best approach to take, but was super flexible about delivery during and post the Pandemic. We can't rate her highly enough.

Having reached a stage in my life where I felt I needed direction, I decided to enrol on Joanna's Signature Series - Unplug, it has been the best gift I could have given myself. This immersive experience is so well structured and Joanna's lovely calm manner, soothing voice and support steered me through each session. I downloaded the meditation from each session and listened to this daily between our weekly meetings and I began to feel the shift in my mindset. I cannot recommend Unplug highly enough, I feel it has been an investment in myself.

Whether it's for dealing with the Nitty-gritty of personal or professional issues, coaching with Joanna will help you focus. A very calm, approachable manner that engages you, to challenge yourself, set realistic goals and be positive about one's skills, self esteem and approach going forward.
This would be money well spent for yourself. Practicing self care is essential to myself (and for everyone) and having someone to bounce off at the right time, has proven to be very effective.
The meditations sent were always timely and useful, there was no excessive pressure and Joanna's style is adaptable and relaxing, whilst engaging you to think.
I would highly recommend treating yourself to sessions, use it from a training budget for work purposes, ask for gift vouchers for discuss occasions... You will feel the benefits, refreshed and focused going forward.
Thank you so much Joanna xx

Working with Joanna was an absolute pleasure! I was transported and transformed, a truly higher level of connection with my “Higher-Self”. I was able to connect more authentically and of a much higher vibration of self-awareness.
I was able to received images, information and an inner knowingness of the answers to the questions I was asking. What a gift that is to have while journeying so deep within oneself.
Joanna’s voice is as perfectly hypnotic, her cadence of speaking and volume is just right and the background music was divine.
If you are looking for more clarity, connection to the wisdom within your soul, have unlimited access to that which is carried within and clear direction . . . then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this truly life changing immersive experience with Joanna, it is a game changer when it comes to being fully clear on your path and purpose.
Thank you so very much Joanna for the privilege and honor of working with you.

I recently joined a yoga retreat with Joanna. Having never signed up for anything like this before, my mind was awash with questions. My only previous experience of a ‘retreat’ having being in my mid teenage years, with a high emphasis on repentance, how we could all love Jesus just that little bit more, and very scary women wearing habits and wielding guitars.
Joanna had talked me into this a while ago, and, although I knew it was something that was probably going to benefit me, I was still filled with a little trepidation.
I arrived after work on a Friday evening, wound up like a cog on a jack in the box. She met me with a huge smile and showed me around the stunning venue - Retreat at St. Marks. The rooms, without exception, were all beautifully welcoming and tastefully decorated. I chose ‘Marrakesh’, for reasons I can’t go into here! It was so beautiful. The huge bed was calling me, but I figured that a) A weekend in bed was not on the itinerary and b), if you don’t try, you won’t know.
I won’t delve into details but I was blown away by this experience. My top 5 takes from this weekend were:
1. Joanna is BRILLIANT at her job. She based the retreat around the wonderful book by Bronnie Ware, 5 Regrets of the Dying. Having questioned my life a lot in the last 5 years, I seriously felt she had aimed the retreat at me. She was gentle but questioning. Which in turn lead the rest of us to dig deep.
2. I LOVE yoga. My body was revived, relaxed, and I’ve never slept so well in years.
3. The FOOD - oh my word Stuart you have a talent. It was exceptional. Healthy without being ‘boring’. It was truly exquisite.
4. We all need a good beauty therapist in our lives. Stacy worked her magic with me first thing on Saturday morning. Her full aromatherapy massage set me up for the weekend. She un wound every muscle in my tired old body.
5. Retreats are not always filled with Nuns - not that there is anything wrong with Nuns, but the group of wonderful women I met this weekend have contributed to changing my life.
What I would say is - don’t be afraid, embrace it, Joanna will hold your hand through all the difficult bits, and encourage growth on a level you will have not experienced before.
Go on, book yourself a place. It could be the first step to knowing in your heart where you should be heading.

Recently I attended a four-day yoga and meditation retreat in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside which was run by Joanna and her two amazing colleagues, Stacey and Stuart. The retreat was held in a beautiful house, St Marks Stay with fabulous views, cosy fires and beautiful rooms.
Not really knowing what to expect I decided that I’d embrace the weekend fully and all the feelings that it may bring and most of all enjoy the experience which I most definitely did!
I was really looking forward to spending some time to myself away from my busy family life and also catching up with my friend who I was meeting there and hadn’t seen for a while.
Joanna is the most warm, welcoming and calm soul you could ever wish to meet. She instinctively knew what I needed from the weekend. Her yoga classes and meditation sessions were so amazing, encouraging me to think about what really makes me tick and I got to know myself better over those four days than I have in the last twenty years.
Over the weekend I enjoyed two amazing treatments with the super talented Stacey. A back, neck and shoulder massage and reflexology. Stuart was our chef for the weekend and the food was exceptional, wholesome and nutritious but luckily not diet food as were on holiday after all!
On the retreat I felt supported, guided and nourished emotionally and physically. I came away with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity over how I want to live my life and in what direction I want to take.
I am so thankful and blessed that I had the opportunity to be part of such a special weekend with such a special group of people.

Joanna, you are fabulous! I can't thank you enough for the incredible work we have done together over the last few months. You really do have such a gift. The ability to make me stop, think, feel and listen. Addressing some core topics with some beautiful insights that really made me think differently. Bringing much positivity, light and guidance to every element of my life. Messages received from my empowered and calm state where life changing and the release effect so satisfying and surprisingly enjoyable. I believe what you do to be very unique, and very different to the standard experiences given online. Your talent is endless, your warm personality, nature and sound advise the cherry on top to a fabulous art you have. I look forward to continued working with you and the next part of my journey! thanks, Laura.

Joanna is an excellent yoga teacher and her classes are a relaxing time-out during a busy week. She is professional and welcoming and there is no pressure or feeling of competition, you just go at your own pace. The long meditation at the end is amazing, with her calming voice and words, you come out feeling mentally and physically energised, and ready to tackle work and teenagers for another week!
