I have just arrived back from the most amazing yoga retreat hosted by Julia in West Lexham , Norfolk. It was such a pleasurable experience and I came back feeling energised and relaxed . Julia spent so much time ensuring all her guests felt at home and had everything they needed. The daily yoga was wonderful with mornings full of energy and flow followed by an evening of relaxation and restorative yoga with plenty of props. The Nidra meditation was blissful . What a lovely experience full of fun and fresh air, would definitely recommend .

A wonderful retreat the place was stunning and so relaxing . The food was wonderful and Julia's yoga twice daily was uplifting in the morning and restorative and relaxing in the evening . She was always on hand to suppport and help in any way possible . We also enjoyed the beautuful gardens and a moon lit walk . The fellow yogi's were so lovely the whole weekend was made up of laughter rest and wonderful yoga and meditation . Leaving us rejuvinated and restored. I would deff recommend Julia K Yoga 👍💯 xx

Absolutely beautiful retreat with Julia at Tofte Manor. Julia is a genuine, warm and passionate yoga teacher. It was my first time meeting her and I felt like I’d been going to her classes for years. She has a wonderfully calm approach to life and I felt truly transformed after a day of meditating, moving my body and eating the most delicious food. I cannot wait to do another retreat with Julia, hopefully next time for longer. ❤️

My daughter and I have just been on a yoga day retreat with Julia. It was an enlightening experience and I would not hesitate to do this again. Julia has a lovely way with her and makes all feel welcome. She is a great teacher and is very knowledgable of her practice. Tofte Manor is the most beautiful and tranquil place and has a real sense of calm about it.

I started working one to one with Julia, via zoom, in November 2020. Following the amputation of my left arm and shoulder, I felt it was a good time to start Yoga. Julia was recommended to me and I haven’t missed a week since!

I have just finished 31 days of yoga as an online course and it has been so beneficial both mentally as well as physically. Julia is very engaged with our group and mindful to remind us to keep in check with how our bodies are feeling during each session, so we keep ourselves safe . Julia has managed to engender a group spirit , which is very difficult to do under the lockdown restrictions, but is even more valuable at these strange times . Julia also welcomes and responds to our individual feedback during the course , highly recommended .

I have been attending Julia's wonderful Zoom yoga classes over the last 5 weeks. They are so good! Had a lovely day at Julia's day retreat. Felt refreshed and energised. Completely switched off from a daily busy life. At the end of the day it felt that I had a few days away. Julia is always put an extra touch from the lovely atmosphere to a little presents. The location of the retreat was very beautiful with the well prepared vegan lunch. Being a desert lover was a well impressed by the vegan desert!

Julia is an excellent Yoga teacher with a no pressure approach. I always feel better when I have been to one of her sessions. Her retreats are magical! I would thoroughly recommend her to anybody.

I highly recommend Julia, whether your new to yoga or more advanced. Since starting one-to-one sessions, my strength, suppleness and range of movement has improved massively. She always adapts our sessions to reflect how I am feeling on any particular day and we've slowly been working towards goals that I never thought I'd be able to achieve. As a busy working mum, I really look forward to the opportunity to slow down, relax and breathe! If you're thinking about booking a session, go for it. Once you start, you won't look back!

I'm relatively new to yoga, so signed up for Julia's 31 days of yoga in January to help me improve, it was fantastic.
Such a beneficial month, I feel more confident with my yoga, fitter and more relaxed. and it actually really helped having a focus during the winter lockdown.
Fitbit thinks so too, over the month my resting heart rate steadily reduced.
I'm definitely going to keep going with yoga, and Julia is a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable teacher.
