I had a pregnancy nurture massage with Pippa when I was about 36/37 weeks pregnant.
Firstly Pippa is so lovely and just puts you at ease straight away. I can hands down say that this massage was the best massage that I have ever had and just what my heavily pregnant body needed.
Pippa always ensured that I was comfortable and happy with the positions etc. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud!
I can't wait to go back for a massage once I've had my baby!

I loved every session I had at Pregnacy Yoga with Pippa. I started going to the sessions at 16 weeks pregnant and only stopped at 41 weeks once
I had my baby. It really helped me physically with aches and pains but also mentally to discuss the changes happening to me and baby.
Pippa’s experience and support were amazing and I cannot recommend her classes enough! Thank you so much for everything.

Pippa is very welcoming and accommodating. I have taken part in her pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga and both are great. Pippa listens and provides great tips where she can and nurtures confidence and a feeling of togetherness within her classes.

I have been to Pippa's yoga classes in both of my pregnancies, and I love them! She creates a warm nurturing space, with gentle movement and a chance to connect to other mums-to-be. Her knowledge of active birth and pregnancy has helped me so much. I've also had a few massage/reiki treatments with her - both antenatal and post partum and I'd highly recommend those too!

The Well Woman Workshop provided an indulgent invitation to rest, pause, move in the most nurturing way and to speak easily and deeply with the other beautiful souls attending. I recenlty attended coaching sessions with Pippa. Pippa was really helpful and listened to what I had to say. I felt that I was able to be myself and connect. Over the sessions Pippa became intuitive to my thoughts and feeling and knew exactly what to say to help understand my feelings and thoughts. Since the sessions I have been able to use what I have learnt and apply them to my life. I had a total of 6 sessions which felt just about right by the end my time.
I can't recommend Pippa enough! If there is something you want to focus on or want to take that time for yourself in your life then coaching can really help with that. It definitely helped me focus on my future instead of looking at my past and dedicating that time to myself was an important step in working things out.

I attended Pippa's pregnancy yoga classes for the last couple of months of my pregnancy. The classes had a lovely supportive atmosphere and I looked forward to them each week. They helped me stay positive and relaxed during the later stages of pregnancy - the focus on breathing and staying active during labor especially were really helpful.

I cannot recommend pippa and her classes enough. I attended pregnancy yoga and now attend baby massage with my little girl. The classes are such a safe and calming place to just be and take time for yourself and your baby. The pregnancy yoga helped me throughout a traumatic birth and the baby massage classes give me really special quality time with my girl. And it's so great having other mums and pippa to chat too! Her treatments are also incredible! I have had both that Indian head massage and closing the bones ceremony and both were highly therapeutic, beneficial and excellent value for money.

As someone who has anxiety, a friend of mine recommended trying pregnancy yoga. The techniques we practiced each week most definitely helped prepare me before and during my C-section. Since having my son I now attend the baby massage/yoga class which we both enjoy. I recently had an indian head massage and closing the bones treatments with Pippa. They were both very relaxing and therapeutic. I was even a little emotional after closing the bones! I'd recommend both to anyone!

I truly look forward to going to Baby Massage and Mummy Yoga every week. I’ve learnt how to give my baby the best massage to help him relax and stretch. It’s amazing how different he is after class. He’s gotten to meet other baby friends and I’ve had the opportunity to connect with other mummies.
Mummy Yoga is equally as enjoyable as baby massage. The baby’s lay on the mat with you and you can practice some yoga moves to get rid of any niggles. Your baby is always near you and there’s no issue if they start crying or need a quick feed. No judgmental mums in this class!
Pippa always provides a lovely herbal tea and a snack which we enjoy during a mini break whilst all having a chat and discussing anything which we might want advice on. I’ve met some great friends there and I’ve seen a huge different to my baby. Thank you!

I can’t recommend the pre natal and post natal yoga enough. A huge focus on well being and self care during these important times. Gentle yoga, sharing knowledge of biologically what’s happening/happened to our bodies and focussing on connecting with ourselves and our babies.
