Oakmead is just gorgeous. As soon as you walk in you can just feel such a welcoming, uplifting energy. I have attended several of Adele's day retreats and they are always so transformative, eye-opening and just change your state of being and well as your state of mind. I've also had a hot stone massage from Sarah at The Sanctuary treatment room which was amazing. Oh, and the pool and the grounds are beautiful too! I can't wait to go again! x

Adele is amazingly warm and friendly and a great communicator. I have just started the beginners yoga and having never done yoga before I have already found it so beneficial and can't wait to come back every Wednesday evening. Loved first session so much so, I came back for an extra yin yoga class which was great. The facilities are lovely and very warm - the underfloor heating was a very good decision! Well done Adele and team you have a really lovely place and would definitely recommend anyone to take a visit to one of Adele's classes and see what all the fuss is about :) Mia x

The best retreat experience I ve ever had. Adele and Tony have thought about everything you could possibly need ..beautiful large, spotless rooms filled with light. An outdoor swimming pool that s warm enough to swim in in March!! An amazing massage therapist. Nothing too much bother. Highly recommend to teachers, space holders or any group.

A beautiful setting for a sensational retreat. As I sat on my bed in the mornings the sunlight poured in promising another good day! And on 3 occasions I could see a hawk flying in the sky from my bedroom window! The morning yoga with beautiful Adele cleared sciatic hip pain I had, and most surprisingly has cleared in a week shoulder and chest pain I had been suffering for over a year since the death of my Dad. The yoga is both gentle, emotional, physically demanding and dynamic, with a serious feel good factor all at once.These are stand out classes for sure. The food is filled with warmth, colour and good vibes, and there wasn’t a meal I wouldn’t gladly eat again. Loved my time here🙏🙏

Such a beautiful and peaceful space. It offers everything you need for a great experience. The owners were always on standby for any needs and always went out of their way to make sure everyone was looked after. If you’re thinking of hiring a large space then do not hesitate with this venue. You won’t be disappointed! I will be back again for sure!
