Gillian introduced me to the world of Pilates about 12 years ago and I love it. I've been to classes with most of the team over the years. Having also tried non physio led classes there is a huge difference. Classes at BP are very well structured and varied. You use different equipment each week and no two weeks are the same. I always recommend the classes to everyone I know as they have helped me so much. I guarantee you will enjoy Pilates and stick with it as I have :)

Ive been attending both classes and occasional physiotherapy sessions here for about 4 years and it's been fantastic. The Pilates classes are led with spot-on cueing for form which is vital, they are always fun and the teacher (Sonia) inspiring and focused. The classes have been a lifesaver during the pandemic. Can't recommend them enough!

I think I have had Pilates classes with almost every instructor, and they're all brilliant. I have joined ante-natal classes for 2 pregnancies and weekly Pilates with Gillian to manage RA, which has kept me mobile, flexible and strong. Absolutely essential now that I'm working at a less than perfect set up at home! Also highly recommend as physio practice.

Their 1-2-1 physiotherapy and group Pilates classes have got me through several difficult conditions and injuries, including during and after pregnancy. I have been going here for many years now and cannot speak highly enough of both the Pilates and the Physio that they provide (and let me assure you I have tried many others!). The team is amazing! They have managed to keep classes going throughout the pandemic via Zoom and if you need physio they have all the safety checks in place and wear full PPE. Fully deserving of the 5 star rating

Sonia and Rachel are professional in their approach but super friendly and encouraging. Over lockdown they are there every week providing motivation through a variety of great exercises. Can't wait to use their new promises!

I've had terrible recurring back pain and the pilates classes here have been a huge help in reducing the severity and frequency of the episodes. A friendly staff and appropriately challenging classes have let me continue all throughout the lockdown. Highly recommended!

Pilates changed my life without a doubt and Gillian Duggan introduced me to it. The girls are all amazing teachers and physios as well. I love my Thurs class with Rachel Norwood, she makes it so much fun. If you want to stretch, improve your mobility and strengthen up then try Pilates at BP!

I can’t recommend this phisio and pilates place enough! The Phisio therapists are extremely knowledgable, skilful and professional. I have received superb care during pregnancies. Also, after breaking my knee the phisio helped me to start fully walking with no crutches in no time.

I was referred here by a specialist for a physical ailment. As a consequence of that treatment I have been attending mat and reformer classes religiously since. I am stronger, more stable and flexible with all my movements. Even in these challenging times, the zoom classes are more than a work out. They have become a necessity in a more sedentary lifestyle.
