Siobhan was recommended to me probably 8 years ago by my physio due to a number of injuries I had yet I still wanted to be able to do yoga. Siobhan is experienced in working with injuries; considers each individuals need providing any adaptations you may need. We get to use different props in class and try the new techniques that Siobhan is always learning. I am grateful that we had the ability to do online classes and they work so well with Siobhan still having to ability to see and correct any posture if needed. The other treatments Siobhan offers are also beneficial and I always come away feeling I got more out of it than I went for.

Amazing classes, building strength and flexibility in a safe but incredibly fun way! You come out feeling empowered as well as having a brilliant work out! I can't recommend this enough! Also, Siobhan is a complete legend and is so knowledgeable and inspirational!

Siobhan is a fantastic teacher who tailors the lessons to suit your individual capabilities, is patient and very helpful with hints and tips to make each pose work for you. With the lockdown measures in place and a greater need to make sure we all take care of our physical and mental health, Siobhan's online yoga classes have been a real lifeline. I would thoroughly recommend giving the classes a go.

My husband, teenage sons and I are all really enjoying Siobhan’s online yoga classes on Zoom. We all agree that Siobhan gives really clear instructions and is very mindful and observant of the unique needs of each individual class participant—she really checks to see how students are getting on during the online class and knows when to suggest modifications to poses that can be helpful. We’ve enjoyed doing the classes together as a bit of family bonding time that also keeps us moving and increases our flexibility, strength and resilience during this lockdown! Yoga truly is beneficial for every body!

I love Siobhan's classes - normally I do aerial yoga but with current social distancing I am doing her on-line mat classes and really enjoying them. They are a great work-out for staying (or getting) fit and even though we are in separate houses, there is a real sense of camaraderie as well.

Siobhan’s yoga is personalised, always professional, and consistently very challenging! I’ve been attending her classes for 7 years and always look forward to the next class to see what she has planned next. Aerial, floor, wall, an endless variety of props, and an expert teacher, are all the ingredients to keep me coming back for more.

Siobhan is a terrific, dynamic yoga teacher. I find her classes very healing and supportive as I develop. Highly recommended!

I have known Siobhan for a number of years now and can't recommend her enough.
In June of 2019 I started suffering migraine headaches. Initially I was getting about one every 6-8 weeks and they each followed exactly the same pattern. I would experience distorted vision, a blindness accompanied by numbness in my right hand and a tingling feeling on the right hand side of my face. By November 2019 I was getting one every 2-3 weeks and by January 2020 they were 4-5 per week and sometimes 2 in a day.
I went to my doctor who referred me to a specialist. I was given a course of steroids and a tablet called "Amitriptyline" which I was to take every day. I was also prescribed "Sumatriptan" to be taken at time of attack. The "Sumatriptan" were effective at stopping the headache, if taken in time (usually within 10 minutes of the symptoms arriving). The "Amitriptyline" on the other hand left me feeling exhausted and caused me to have a very dry mouth.
Long story short, I wasn't happy being on long-term medication and I spoke to Siobhan to see if perhaps yoga may help. She advised we try dry needling first and with some hesitation I agreed to give it a go.
On the 1st appointment Siobhan was able to identify a few problem areas around my neck and shoulders and set about treating them. Three sessions later and my headaches had ceased. I should point out that I stopped all medication as soon as we began this process.
I am now over 3 months migraine free and have not had a headache since the first appointment. I urge anyone to try it if you think it may help.
My headaches were really starting to really affect my work and life in every way and I am so thankful to have had this period of relief. I don't know if they will return at some point but so far so good and I absolutely believe it was this treatment that made the difference.
Thank you Siobhan, you're brilliant at what you do.
