Dropped by on a recent trip to Belfast and really enjoyed the classes. Nice facilities, great selection of classes and friendly teachers who explain everything very well and make all levels feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Beautifully led 26&2 class with Anna Leckey this morning. This was my first time in this particular studio and I found it to be welcoming, spacious and clean with good changing room facilities and a friendly community. Very importantly the hot room itself had great heat, humidity, layout and mirrors. Thank you HYB. 🙏🏻🔥

First time at HYB tonight- the class was amazing (thanks Danielle!!) and just what I needed after a long cold day! The new studio is awesome, lots of space, great changing facilities and the infra red heaters make it super hot!! Exactly what you need during winter in Belfast 🔥 great to be back, highly recommend 👍

Belfast is a city on the rise and spaces like HYB are a spotlight. My first drop-in class was a bust because I didn't know payments are done through an app. Also they don't rent towels and my hotel was too far to double back. Why five stars? Because this new studio looks amazing and even at a glance you can see the effort put in. Next holiday I will return better prepared.

It might not be the biggest gym in Belfast with the most equipment, but they definitely know how to use it. I've been coming here for the past month 3 times a week and am still very impressed by the experience and level of attention you get when working out. All the staff are always happy to answer questions and help out if you aren't sure if you are doing things right and you definitely dont feel abandoned in a big scary room with things that all could potentially hurt you. As a gym novice I definitely don't regret signing up!

Fantastic gym and variety of different classes. Fantastic Fitness Coaches and very knowledgeable. Outstanding equipment and facilities. Welcoming and peofessional staff. Fantastic cleanliness throughout. Probably the best gym in Belfast by far.

Absolutely amazing! It is hard,but the feeling after is absolutely amazing, you feel relaxed and ready to work hard again.After long and hard week, yoga lets you to relax your mind and make it ready for the next round. I really do enjoy it
