We've been attending mum and baby yoga with Tara for the past 8 months and couldn't recommended it highly enough. The class is relaxed and enjoyable for both mum and baby. Tara is so supportive and knowledgeable and has created such a relaxing, friendly atmosphere innher studio. Thank you for having us; it's been hands down the best mum and baby class we've done. I just wish I'd known about The Little Yoga House sooner!

I first started going to the little yoga house for pregnancy yoga, the class taught me breathing techniques to relax and also helped me bond with my baby. When I attended pregnancy yoga it was during lockdown, Tara did an amazing job teaching the classes over zoom and made everyone welcome. After Erin was born I attended baby massage and then mum and baby yoga. Both classes I loved going to, I learnt lots to help me bond and have fun with my baby. I looked forward to going to the classes every week both as a fun thing to do with my baby but also for the chance to catch up with all the other mums.
The little yoga house is an amazing, calming and nurturing environment and Tara is an excellent yoga teacher, highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Tara's pregnancy yoga and mum and baby classes, including baby massage and mum and baby yoga, and her hypnobirthing courses. Tara is so knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, birth and baby related, and her classes provide a friendly and relaxed place to share experiences, pick up tips, and enjoy a coffee and bun with other mums! Tara is a warm and engaging teacher and helps everyone in her classes feel relaxed, more confident, and supported. And the babies love her and her classes too!

I absolutely loved our time at The Little Yoga House. Tara's pregnancy yoga class (and hypnobirthing course) helped me feel relaxed and prepared in the run-up to birth. Then once baby was here we started Mum and Baby yoga with Danielle. Getting the chance to chat to other mums, stretch away some aches and get a hot cup of coffee at the end really was the highlight of our week! We're going to miss class so much but luckily I think we've made some life long friends!

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve been with The Little Yoga House for almost two years, attending the fertility, pregnancy, hypno-birthing and Mum & baby yoga classes. I highly recommend this beautiful studio and wonderful yoga instructor, Tara. There is a class for every stage of your yoga journey.
The fertility yoga classes really focused on yoga postures associated with improving blood flow to reproductive organs. Fertility journeys can be an absolute rollercoaster so I really looked forward to attending this class each week as it helped me unwind, relax and in a way feel proactive about my journey. I should add I attended these classes during multiple lockdowns and Tara’s ability to adapt the class environment from studio to zoom and still create that welcoming, social atmosphere was flawless!
The pregnancy yoga classes helped me bond with my baby and to prepare for his arrival with the breathing techniques we practiced every week. Tara really used her experience as a doula during these classes and I felt supported throughout my pregnancy. I also met some lovely mums-to-be at these classes and continue to meet up with them for coffees and cocktails.
I was delighted to learn that Tara offered mum & baby yoga classes and attended them with my son from he was 6 weeks old. Tara created such a lovely, happy environment - Wednesday mornings were full of singing, stretching and interacting with other mums and babies. Also an added bonus, there was tea and biscuits every week, Tara really does look after you! :)
I’ve had quite a journey towards motherhood and really felt Tara was very supportive and invested at every stage. If you are looking for a brilliant Yoga instructor give this wonderful woman a message!

I am so grateful to have had Tara's support as our doula. Like many first time mums, I felt pretty daunted by the idea of labour and about how to react if things didn't go to plan. The hypnobirthing course we did with Tara was enormously helpful, giving me and my partner the tools to prepare for the birth of our first child and to get through labour. Building a personal relationship with Tara was even more valuable. From our first meeting, I felt completely at ease with her, especially as she was focused on our individual birth preferences and open-minded about our perspective. She was incredibly knowledgeable without imposing her own values. She took the time to get to know each of us personally and this meant that she provided advice that was tailored to us and our specific circumstances.
Knowing that we had Tara's support made us feel much more confident and relaxed throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. Getting a doula (and Tara in particular!) was one of the best decisions we made. Although the birth didn't go as we expected, I have no doubt that Tara's support and guidance was key to the birth being such a positive experience for us. We honestly can't thank her enough!

Absolutely fantastic course of pregnancy yoga followed by mum and baby yoga with Tara. She was so flexible and accommodating working in person when we could and over Zoom when that wasn't possible. Went for mum and baby yoga classes with my little boy was something that was very out of my comfort zone but Tara and those who work with her make you feel immediately at ease ended up looking forward to going every week and my little boy loves seeing all the other babies each week would definitely recommend to any new mum

I've just finished up my second run of pregnancy yoga classes with Tara and could not recommend her enough. I left each class feeling so much better physically and so relaxed - my weekly self-care reset. Tara also has so much knowledge about birth which really helped me feel so prepared for birth and my choices. I fully believe Tara contributed to me having a positive birth experience and yoga has definitely helped with my post-partum recovery as well. I can't wait to get to mum amd baby, and toddler classes in the coming weeks.

Going to the little house during my pregnancy was a godsend. Taken part in weekly pregnancy yoga from week 12 until the end was the highlight of my week. Jill was brilliant and it helped talking to other mums in the same position. Tara was fabulous and very knowledgable throughout my pregnancy, nothing was too much of a hassle and she was also available to offer advice. Reflexology with Tara was the most relaxing experience throughout and after pregnancy. Myself and my husband also took part in Tara’s birth rocks which helped us for the arrival of our baby, my husband loved it as it was good for him to also be involved. Attending TLYH pre and post baby was the biggest highlight of my pregnancy and I would highly recommended to anyone!
