I love it here! The yoga teachers are very knowledgeable and get right into the technical aspects of each pose to ensure you are doing it correctly while maintaining the flow and breath. It also feels a bit like doing yoga in a black mirror episode due to the completely white room and coloured lights but it all adds to the experience. There are 2 showers, 1 gender neutral toilet and a changing area with toiletries laid out such as a hair straightener, hairdryer, cotton pads, hair ties, deodorant, body spray and gel. Best yoga studio I’ve been to so far!!

Lovely relaxing place. Classes aren't too big, allocated spaces so you're not too cramped. Mix of sound, light and smells to make this such a relaxing set of class. Also right bang in the middle of Shoreditch so easy to get to from work.

Chroma is perhaps one of the most divine places to stretch your limbs but to also reset your mind. Their use of light and sound will leave you feeling ready for another trip around the sun. Every teacher brings their own style too which makes each class interesting. I promise you will never regret a class at Chroma. And of course, the space is very, very Instagrammable.

It's the perfect atmosphere and I love the coloured light. The soundtrack is always on point. I would say sometimes the classes are a bit crowded and would benefit from limiting the number of people attending. Also I'm not very comfortable with the changing area not having curtains, sometimes you dont need to step into a changing room but would enjoy a bit more privacy from the street. But I really appreciated all the toiletries and available hygiene products.

I took a sweet trip up to london to try out this studio & oh my goodness, it was everything I hoped for. The studio space was lovely, the lights in the room just added to the atmosphere, our teacher for the class Sorcha was just wonderful & very informative & encouraging, I loved the high standard of equipment they use & the no slip mats. All in all amazing experience, please visit!

I've been coming here almost since the studio opened. It's only gotten better, having expanded into two studios with a yin/meditative side and a dynamic yoga side. I mostly come for the 8AM dynamic yoga sessions 4 days of the week which are always fantastic. All the yoga teachers are amazing, friendly and talented. I've gone from being a total beginner to being intermediate/advanced and learnt so much from the teachers' corrections and demonstrations. The yoga receptionists are the friendliest girls and I love having a good chat with them after my class.
The rooms are so calming with scent, sound and light all merging to form a deliciously sensory experience. And there are three bathrooms and two shower rooms, and plenty of locker/changing room space. One of my favourite bits is that there is always cotton pads, hair dryer, hair straightener, moisturiser, hairbands etc available - such a thoughtful touch and it always makes my day.
I will never stop going here unless I move totally out of the area!

Such a welcoming yoga studio. The instructors are super kind and take the time to chat with you. There's also no pretentiousness or pressure to do something you're not comfortable with. It's all about your personal practice and the support you need to improve and grow. They don't have the amenities like some of the big name boutique fitness spaces around, but they're not needed in my view. Such a good community of people and such a cool concept with the light and soundscapes.

I took my first ever yoga class at this new studio in Shoreditch and I think I'm hooked now. Aside from the concept being so cool (the space is gallery like white with different color-themed classes), it was just the kind of experience which made me feel encouraged and not intimidated. Clara's orange class was calming and educational. And smelled delicious (another bonus of the space). I'm excited to see how this studio expands.

I went for the pink session. It was exactly as described - only six or so positions. I think it’s almost more of a guided meditation with stretching. If you’re feeling completely overwhelmed and just need a time out, this will do the trick. If you want a workout, the pink class is not for you. I’ll definitely be back to try a different colour!

Little gem in Shoreditch!
I love this place, have now been going for a couple of months and totally recommend it to everyone. The mix of light, sound and scents makes it more immersive an special than just a normal yoga class. So far I've tried the red which is quite intense on the core area, the yellow which is still proper but less intense that the red, blue which is super lovely with good stretches and the pink which is basically a relaxing session.
I like the fact that depending on how my day went and which mood I'm in I can choose which is the best colour to go for.
