Yoga for everyone!
Whether you're old or young, curvy or lean, rich or poor, an expert or beginner, eat.sleep.yoga is for you. Ruth runs a wide variety of classes each week. Her workshops and retreats are good value, informative and friendly. I've been attending her classes for a few years and my arthritis is kept in check :).
I strongly recommend Eat.Sleep.Yoga run by the lovely Ruth.

A gem of a find! Ruth is such a great teacher, making you feel relaxed and part of the yoga community whatever your practice level of yoga. Ruth offers so many classes each week online via Zoom and has recently been able to get back to face to face classes and retreats.
I recently attended a weekend retreat in the Peak District …. Life affirming!!! Fab yoga, fab food, fab accommodation, and just such lovely people! Ruth had such a way of being that you just can’t be other than relaxed in her company.
I’d HIGHLY recommend Eat.Sleep.Yoga … and then some 🙏❤️😍

Ruth's classes always feel welcoming, friendly and accessable for all abilities. Even when I feel like all I can do is lie in child's pose for the whole class I know I wouldn't feel judged or uncomfortable! Ruth's focus is always on more than just 'doing the pose' we learn about breathing techniques and how to listen to what the body needs.
Throughout covid lockdowns we have had online classes that have been varied and creative. There are always different workshops and sessions that look at different aspects of yogic philosophy if you are interested in learning more.
Ruth puts on day and weekend retreats throughout the year where you can get to know everyone and it feels like you are part of a little community.
I have tried other yoga classes in the past and feel like Ruth's classes are where I feel most comfortable! I would definitely recommend eat.sleep.yoga classes for everyone of all abilities :)
