This is a lovely studio. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgable and eager to help you learn. It is a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere with people of all ages and sizes! You leave each session feeling uplifted. I have tried different yoga providers and none other has come close to City Yoga - I couldn't recommend more highly. I started as a beginner three years ago and never cease to be amazed by how far Matty and the rest of the instructors have brought me.

Lovely studio, and a wonderful, enthusiastic and passionate instructor. Michela moved around the studio to help explain and show the various poses, you can see a real passion for teaching yoga. A real help to a total novice like myself. Her voice is perfectly suited to relax you, but is clear. A great session and I will definitely be back. Encourage anyone who wants to try out yoga to try it out here.

Classes are nothing short of brilliant! Instructors are very knowledgeable, all of the equipment (except your mat) is provided and the others in the class are welcoming making it a very friendly environment to exercise. I've seen and felt some great chances in my body. Highly recommended and very effective :-)
