Really enjoying the online yoga classes with Lisa. She is an excellent instructor and provides alternate poses to suit all. So easy to join the class in the privacy of your own home and no need to drive anywhere to take part. Give it a go - you won’t be disappointed!

I've been attending Lisa's yoga classes for 6 months now and would highly recommend her for anyone either looking to get back into yoga or looking to get started.
Her classes are mixed ability and there are variations on most poses to suit all ability levels.

As a newcomer to yoga I wasn't sure what to expect but Lisa's sessions have been brilliant from the beginning. She takes time to show alternative poses to make sure everyone in the class can experience yoga in a way that suits their body, no matter their experience. During isolation, she's also made sure that her classes can continue online - which is definitely needed right now!

I was a complete beginner when I started Yoga with Lisa Jane Yoga. Lisa is a very patient, caring and attentive instructor, she made me feel at ease as soon as I joined her class. I have been coming to Lisa’s classes for a while now and have to highly recommend her. Her style of teaching is very thorough with options for all levels of students. Lisa works hard with each individual to ensure each posture is correct and taking into account any issues the individual has. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and have seen huge benefits to me and when I am in flair up, Lisa always modifies the poses so I can benefit. Massive thank you to Lisa as her classes have really turned my life around.
