I would highly recommend Mandy’s pregnancy yoga. It allowed me to have dedicated time each week to relax and enjoy time with my growing baby. It also became a safe place to share and learn about other Mum’s experiences - this was especially valuable as I was a first time Mum. Mandy builds on her own knowledge and experience to facilitate these discussions and is incredibly supportive during not only your pregnancy but also once your baby is born.

I went to one of Mandy’s mum and baby circles with my 5 month old baby and felt very welcomed and cherished. It was a safe space to share experiences and connect with other mums. The relaxation and yoga practices were really helpful and my baby enjoyed the massage techniques. Mandy has such a calming and reassuring presence and I left each week feeling lighter and more confident.

Mandy is such a beautiful soul. I met Mandy in 2019 and did mom and baby yoga and she was very welcoming. Often Mandy will invite people to talk to her privately if they’re going through anything. Once I took her up on it as I was finding the settling in sessions at nursery very difficult. I reached out to Mandy and she responded so quickly, and was very reassuring. However, she also got in contact a few weeks later to check up on me and I’ll never forget it. Such a beautiful and caring person. Definitely recommend and only wish I lived closer to do more of the activities.

A kind, positive and warm person, Mandy does everything to make sure she puts you at ease in her classes. These classes are perfect to put you in a positive and happy mind frame. I've been apart of baby massage, post-natal yoga and also been to the retreat. These classes are always enjoyable for mums too which is refreshing. The location is a perfect oasis of tranquility and calmness that makes the classes extra special.

We LOVED our weekly trips to see Mandy in her wonderfully relaxing Pod at the bottom of her garden every week. Every session felt like an hour away from the rest of the world and somewhere we could relax completely, feel no judgement and reset if we (I!!) felt the need. Mandy is so welcoming, warm and friendly - it’s the only baby class I made sure we went to religiously; I always felt better walking back up the garden path, whether we’d managed to participate in any baby massage or not! Thank you Mandy.

An absolute must for pregnancy and beyond! I joined a pregnancy group and I’m so happy I did! It enabled me to have a space to take time out for myself and prepare for my baby’s birth. Mandy is a wonderful woman and amazing at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough and I’ll be returning for mummy & baby sessions soon! The group provided me with knowledge, breathing techniques that were brilliant through labour and a community of mums to share things with. I’d always look forward to sessions each week and can’t wait to return with my son. Xxx

I attended two blocks of Mandy’s mum and baby yoga classes in her lovely pod in Moseley with my 6 month old. We both really enjoyed the classes and found them extremely welcoming and supportive. Mandy is great at focussing on your overall well being as a new mum and is excellent at creating a safe space to share.

I have just finished a course on baby massage at Mother for Life and Mandy (host) was absolutely brilliant. She maded me feel very welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, warm and inviting. Guidance on how to carry out massages on baby was clear and easy to follow. The whole group was lovely and friendly, it actually felt like more of a catch up with friends 😊 I'm so glad I attended, just wished I had found her sooner!

Mandy creates spaces for Mum's and mum's to be with such warmth, like cuddling your favourite childhood toy. I couldn't be more thankful for the yoga, the advice, the cups of tea, the friends she has helped me make and of course the jammy dodger biscuits. Her classes are a perfect combo of yoga/massage with all the support and advice a new mum could ever need

I have attended pregnancy yoga, mother and baby yoga, a new mama retreat, a mother’s circle and have also had a 1-1 with Mandy. I wouldn’t have done all of those things if she wasn’t utterly wonderful and amazing at what she does. She’s an lovely person and the quality, integrity and benefits of each of the above is second to none. She holds such a beautiful space for people and is very understanding of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges of motherhood. I’m so glad I discovered her! Expectant / new mamas - look at what she’s offering and go for it!

I've joined Mandy's (Mother of Life) baby massage class and I loved it. This is my 3rd baby and yet I've had never done baby massage with the other 2 so I thought I try something new!
Mandy not only offers great tips for soothing colicky or upset babies and easy massage techniques, she also gives us mums a safe and peaceful space where we can chat, relax and connect to out babies. It was great for me as my little one has to fit around her siblings life every day so this was a great opportunity for us to spend some quality time together whilst learning something useful! I would definitely recommend it even more so if you are a first-time mum, you'll meet other lovely mums there and realise we all find it hard and we all struggle sometimes but that's OK and totally normal!
So yeah, thanks Mandy for the lovely 5 weeks!

The circle has been an invaluable support for new mums, like myself, in the tricky post natal period. The support and catch-ups every week make motherhood feel less lonely and the yoga stretches are directed to help ease tension in the body. I would highly reccomend to all new mums and only wish I had joined even sooner!

Mandy and Mother for Life helped me survive sleep deprivation with a newborn, gave me a place to feel safe and cared for, and gave me something to look forward to each week. The space was non-judgmental and just wonderful. I fully recommend Mandy and Mother for Life to every person in the area who is on the mothering journey.

Mandy is phenomenal, she has helped me in ways she doesn’t even realise! Mandy creates wonderful spaces for women in her classes and is an incredible support. Mandy helps everyone navigate the journey of motherhood and I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

Mandy's pre-natal yoga classes were relaxing and a moment to clear your head. Plus an honest, supportive space with no judgement and the opportunity to meet a great community of Moms.

i attended to the baby massage classes during the lockdown( when the measurements were easiest a bit ) and I absolutely loved it! it was not only about learning about massages for the baby , it was also about ourselves as mothers and share our struggles! it really helped me on those rough times
S. J.
I cannot recommend Mandy enough to mums-to-be and mums at any stage of motherhood, she really is remarkable. I first attended Mandy's pregnancy yoga classes back in 2016 and have kept in touch since. I'm expecting our second baby and have been back at pregnancy yoga as it was so beneficial first time round. The classes are brilliant, there is no judgement, and more than learning some really useful yoga postures to help you through pregnancy and labour, you also become part of a wonderful community of like-minded women. Mandy is an angel and I can't thank her enough for her love and support during my motherhood journey ♥

I started pregnancy yoga at around 12 weeks. At the time I was struggling with anxiety and not sleeping well. Mandy has provided the warmest, most considerate classes, she’s really helped me to relax and focus on enjoying my pregnancy. The birth preparation has helped me to develop a clear birth plan and the community have offered endless support when choosing birth options. I am really happy that I decided to join Mandy’s pregnancy yoga classes!

I've taken Mandy's beautiful and calming yoga classes during both of my pregnancies as well as enjoying baby yoga with my first born. The classes (like Mandy's voice) hold a special place in my heart for both helping me get through the harder days of pregnancy and preparing me for the intense wonder of birth. I can't recommend her help, guidance and support enough and would encourage anyone who is looking for a positive pregnancy/birth experience to get in touch with her xx

I have been doing the pregnancy yoga for almost 6 months now, and it's been brilliant! Each week has a different focus, but with comforting similarities and it's lovely to try out a great range of stretches and movements. There are always options to support different needs, and Mandy really knows her stuff!
I've also found the breathing exercises and relaxation extremely helpful.
As well as the actual yoga, we have time to share how our week has been, and talk about lots of important issues about pregnancy and birth. There is so much support available for everyone. Mandy also has a wealth of knowledge as well as lots of contacts, so can quickly find out answers to any questions!
I started this in person, but it's been over zoom for a long time now. It hasn't impacted the quality at all. I feel really fortunate to have had such a superb support network through lockdown. Either way, it's totally recommended!

Mandy and her classes are an absolute blessing to have during your pregnancy and motherhood journey. Pregnancy yoga classes are so relaxing, a little oasis of calm in a busy working week. The communities built at these classes are so supportive and fun to be a part of - with many moms staying friends way after the classes finish.
I also had a Birth Rewind session with Mandy when expecting my second baby as I'd had a traumatic experience with my first. I definitely recommend this for reconciling past emotions and preparing for a second birth in a more positive way.
J. S.
Mandy hosts such lovely group sessions, always welcoming and relaxing! More than just a group session, really feel like part of something bigger.

Mandy is brilliant, her classes are a welcoming and calming space and I really enjoyed the baby massage course that I did

I loved my pregnancy yoga classes with Mandy. I started my yoga journey early in my pregnancy and looked forward to our class every week. I was a complete beginner to yoga and now I adore yoga even attending Mandy's Mum & Baby classes after my baby girl arrived. You immediately feel comfortable, and relaxed as Mandy and the rest of the ladies are so welcoming and supportive. Preparing for labour, Mandy teaches you various breathing techniques that really do help during labour and made the whole experience a wonderful one. I can not recommend Mandy's Yoga classes highly enough
L. B.
I did a pregnancy yoga class in person during my first pregnancy and was signposted to Mandy’s class during lockdown with this pregnancy as she was delivering them virtually. They are so much more than just a yoga class. What I didn’t get in the other class was that sense of community that Mandy sets up so beautifully. She allows time for check ins at the beginning of the class and time for discussion afterwards with the other ladies. This has really helped at a time when it’s difficult to connect with other mums and I’ve learned so much from these discussions, everything from preparing for birth, to breastfeeding support to post-natal care. The yoga is also fantastic of course and allows you to work within your own bodies limitations. Would highly recommend.

Every pregnant lady or new Mum deserves to have a Mandy in their life! She is caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I have benefited so much from both her pregnancy and post natal yoga. Not only from the yoga practice itself, which is well structured and carefully crafted, but also from the wonderful community she creates.
Having a baby during lockdown has been daunting and at times overwhelming but zoom classes and Mandy's WhatsApp groups have been a blessing. I'm looking forward to joining in person classes when the world allows!

Being pregnant can be hard at the best of times, never mind during lockdown. Mandy's classes were my safe space and dedicated time to unwind
With relaxation techniques, yoga and a chance to chat amongst the group at each session, as well as group watsapp
Highly recommend. Mandy is a font of knowledge and been a great support. I loved it so much I did a second block of the yoga, and I've already signed up for the baby massage session too

This is a lot more than just a pregnancy yoga class. It is place where mums, no matter what stage of pregnancy, can be honest about how they are feeling. The support given by Mandy and the other mums has been invaluable. I have felt my confidence grow more and more. The class is split into 3: catch up; yoga; and then discussion about something pregnancy related. I have really appreciated the honesty and support given by the group and would 100% recommend this class to anyone pregnant, whether their first or subsequent baby.

The Pregnancy Yoga group has been a regular welcome distraction throughout lockdown/pregnancy. It’s refreshing to be honest and open about your worries and concerns or even silly questions as a first time mum-to-be. The circle is a safe place to relax with other mums to be and Mandy makes you feel like you’re in a safe space (even on zoom!) to be yourself and take time for you and baby. I don’t know how I would have coped without the knowledge I have yoga each Monday night to relax and connect with baby.

I first attended Mandy’s pregnancy yoga classes when I was pregnant with my first baby, the yoga helped hugely with my pregnancy aches and pains but most of all the support and encouragement from both Mandy and the rest of the group was amazing. Mandy really encourages everyone to engage with each other which wasn’t something that I had experienced in other groups I attended, it meant that I felt safe in asking that daft question or verbalising my fears! I then went onto attend Baby Massage and postnatal yoga with my first baby and again the support and ability to engage with other new Moms was fantastic! I have recently had my second baby and attended pregnancy yoga, whilst I had less concerns and worries about pregnancy and birth the classes gave me a dedicated hour to have just for me...which was so important and you don’t get much time to yourself when you are running around after a toddler! I am now attending postnatal yoga and although this is having to be done via zoom Mandy has continued to provide a safe environment and an opportunity to engage with other Moms! Thank you Mandy you help me keep my sanity!

Mandy's classes are brilliant! I signed up knowing I'd find pregnancy a little anxiety-inducing and I can honestly say I feel as though the classes and community created by Mandy has helped me every step of the way. I am almost disappointed to be taking a break once little one arrives but look forward to attending post-natal classes as an example of an empowered, more confident and supported mother.

Mandy is just the tonic for any mother or mother to be. She is so welcoming and kind, and really knows her stuff.
I am on my second baby with Mandy and honestly so pleased I stumbled across her classes all those years ago.
Preggo yoga is always so relaxing, good for the body and soul. And it’s the community Mandy creates that money can’t buy. She is a Jem ❤️

My baby and I absolutely loved our baby massage classes with the lovely Mandy. A beautiful way to connect and get to know your little one. Mandy is a wonderful instructor, so warm and supportive, and chatting with other mums after class was lovely too. Also, getting a hot cup of tea made for me was a something i looked forward to every week :) I know the classes are currently online during the current times but I am certain the connection and the lovely benefits of baby massage for mum and baby are the same <3

I’ve done pregnancy yoga and post natal yoga with Mandy, both were the favourite part of my week. A time where I could connect to myself and my baby without any distractions. It was lovely to meet other mums, some of whom I’m still friends with and our babies are friends too (4 years later!) Mandy is very passionate about her classes and cares for everyone she meets, she makes you feel instantly calm and ease about giving birth.
Thank you Mandy x

I had previously been to a few different yoga classes and found them a bit intense and not what I was looking for. I heard about Mandy's prenatal yoga classes through a friend and it sounded just what I was looking for. From the first session I was SO glad I'd found Mandy and her classes. They are way more than a yoga class - meditation, breathing exercises, relaxation and a chance to chat to other expectant mums and soak in Mandy's wisdom. The jammie dodgers are a welcome bonus to the class too! Since lockdown the classes were via zoom and this worked really well and I still had the same sense of connection and relaxation I got from the in person class. Between classes I also did Mandy's yoga sessions on her website which really helped me stay relaxed and helped my aches and pains. I also made sure I regularly listened to her audio relaxations which helped me stay calm and grounded in those final weeks. Above all of this, Mandy has been a wonderful support and checked in with me after the birth of my daughter and during our hospital stay - Mandy really does go above and beyond and puts out some brilliant online content. I can't thank her enough!

This is my first time joining yoga classes in my entire life and honestly mandy has really given me the relief of back pain that I had during pregnancy. Her techniques of stretching and favourite of all are her way of communicating with the mothers and having a good conversation with the group is reaaallly awesome. I would definitely come back to her for any yoga classes. It's worth to pay and invest on something which is very useful and learn from. No regrets , highly recommend her to anyone.❤

Blossom Yoga is more than just a yoga class providing space, support and friendship for expectant mothers. I have felt the personal care from Mandy having also booked 1:1 sessions, and the people attending her classes who have provided invaluable support and insight, which I personally feel has filled a massive and vital gap missing from medical services that need some navigation. The yoga breathing exercises have improved my wellbeing and the stretches have really helped when needing to make more space as my baby gets bigger! Do not hesitate to try a class and one of Mandy’s famous Jammie dodger biscuits will reward you at the end! I will be continuing with Blossom when baby arrives! X

I have attended both anti natal yoga classes and baby massage with Mandy. The atmosphere she creates in her classes is really relaxed and the information she provides is always useful. Mandy’s enthusiasm and compassion for new mums and mums to be really shines through - would definitely recommend.

I attended Mandys baby massage and baby yoga classes and absolutely loved them. I also attended Mandys "mum and baby retreat" and a wellbeing class. In every class Mandy provides a relaxed atmosphere, one where you feel no judgement, can cater to your baby in the middle of the class and as many times as you need. And Mandy herself provides an ear if you ever want to open up. Will be attending all her classes with the next baby for sure!

I went to Mandy's pregnancy yoga class for a block of 8 lessons. I enjoyed it so much that I kept going for another two blocks. You may think you're going for yoga, but it's so much more. Mandy is such a positive influence on how you feel about your pregnancy, birth and parenting. I gained friends, lost any fear of giving birth and am looking forward to joining one of her baby classes with my newborn.
C. H.
I went to Mandy's baby massage and postnatal yoga classes for a few weeks before lockdown began and continued via zoom. Mandy is so welcoming and kind and caring. The yoga really helped me with my back ache and the massage techniques were really useful when my baby had tummy troubles and really calms him down too. I also enjoyed a tea and buscuit chatting with the other mums afterwards😊
R. J.
A huge part of my pregnancy journey was doing yoga with Mandy. Every session felt like she’s talking to me directly, addressing not just the physical aches, but most importantly helping me become a more confident mama. After birth, I also went for baby massage, which was absolutely helpful. Next week, we’ll start mommy and baby yoga; super excited! 😊
L. B.
Such a wonderful experience that has really shaped my new life as a mom, this is not JUST a class! There is a fantastic sense of community amongst everyone who comes with no judgment and plenty of support before and after the class (where tea and biscuits are provided!) . The yoga has been amazing at helping recover and reconnect postnataly with my body, I couldn't be happier that I was recommended to sign up and will not be leaving and time soon! Definitely worth checking Mandy's classes out she's the best.

I’ve been attending Blossom Yoga and Wellbeing classes with Mandy for a year now, firstly as a pregnant first time Mum to be and now continuing with Mum and Baby classes, yoga and massage. I was a very anxious pregnant mum to be, and also very keen to be around other expectant mums and Mandy’s pregnancy yoga classes, helped me stay active through pregnancy, gave me relief from anxiety and I met some lovely Mum friends. But I got so much more from the classes, advice, real talk, comfort, empowerment, very useful information, contacts and a toolbox of skills to deal with birth and motherhood. Mandy delivers her classes in a gentle and very calm way that instantly is relaxing and gives relief from the overwhelm of pregnancy and motherhood, but she also offers refreshing realism and dry humour which I love. Having had my baby, I’ve enjoyed breathing, carefully stretching and building strength as well as connecting with my baby through massage, but for me the most valuable part of the class has been coming away feeling empowered to know that being a mum is tough but I can do this! In these classes I have giggled, cried, smiled, shared concerns and fears, been counselled, comforted and supported, drank a lot of tea and eaten cakes and biscuits not to mention having my baby cuddled and entertained! These classes continue to be an important part of my motherhood journey and I throughly recommended Blossom Yoga and Wellbeing.
S. C.
Way more than just pregnancy yoga or post natal classes. Mandy is incredible and I can honestly say I don't know how I would of done this without her guidance and support which is never ending. Thank you so much Mandy! Blossom yoga and wellbeing is a community that I'm so grateful to be a part of.
I can't wait to be able to start my post natal classes once I've recovered xx

No one better than Mandy to truly realize what a newmum needs physically and mentally and not only the 1st months of ur baby but onwards.
During her yoga and baby massage classes I knew I found the right person to share and ask all I had doubts about. Then I continued in the circles of motherhood and 1to1 phone calls. Love it every time! Makes such a difference to have someone like Mandy during this period of life. Thx again for being here for all mums.
B. H.
I signed up to a prenatal class but ended up getting so much more. Mandy went above and beyond to support everyone and build a community.

A lovely baby massage class. I connected with my baby and learnt how to soothe him when he goes through different stages of development. Mandy is a lovely person who really cares.

I started my Blossom journey with pregnancy yoga early in my pregnancy as I had pelvic issues and immediately felt at home and comfortable, after feeling quite apprehensive and nervous. Mandy is the loveliest lady, friend and mum. She helped me prepare for my labour and taught me how to relax and breathe! I’ve used those breathing techniques for many things not just labour. I went on to have my gorgeous boy and we came to baby massage. I don’t think I would have got out of the house so soon if it wasn’t for Mandy’s safe place she creates, I didn’t have to worry about what I wore, if my hair was brushed or how I felt and there was cake!!! Even on the lowest days, the massage sessions were a break from everything, and the friends I have made through yoga and massage, are what have kept me sane throughout my first months with Oliver and all the issues we had with feeding/weight issues/allergy etc. When my body felt ready I went onto baby yoga and still do it 8 months on. It’s my place, my time and I will miss it dearly when I have to stop...my monkey is crawling and starting to cause chaos so it’s time!. But the friendships and the bonds I’ve made will carry on, we meet up out of yoga and mandy is always looking for opportunities to unite her blossom family whether a Christmas party or summer fun. It’s become a community I can rely on and mandy has become such a treasured friend. I’ll miss going to yoga when the time comes but once you are part of blossom and Mandy’s mums, then you’ve always got that security blanket and friendship. I genuinely can’t thank you enough mandy. I hope the Blossom family continues to thrive, what you have created is very special. Xx
