Sarah is an amazing yoga instructor.
It was my first time attending a pregnancy yoga class or any type of yoga class. Sarah made the whole experience enjoyable, knowledgeable and relaxing.
I felt completely at ease throughout and Sarah added some nice touches with a goodie bag and great tips for first time mums.
Can’t wait to come next week.

Sarah was very welcoming and my husband and I enjoyed the class very much. After warming the body up we went through a series of postures that could be adapted depending on each individual’s ability. I felt as if I’d had a good stretch but was very relaxed by the end of the class. Would recommend.

5 star all the way. It's been many years since I've done any yoga and felt welcome in the beginners class. Sarah didn't rush through poses and also explained alternatives to a position if we were unable to do the full pose or could only hold it for a short amount of time. Thank you Sarah, I've booked next weeks and will also look at buying a pass.

First time trying yoga today, such a calm, gentle speaking teacher, who makes you feel welcome as a beginner, which can be daunting being a first timer, but was and felt really relaxed throughout, learnt some great stuff!

Brilliant class for any parents (including new ones). I did this with my 2 month old and was a great way to be able to have some “me time” whilst also entertaining the baby. Would highly recommend!

The experience was great, the type of work out felt just right for the pregnancy, plus all the advice as a first time mom is very valuable. First time trying yoga and I loved it! I really didn’t know what to expect as I hadn’t tried it before. Sarah made me feel at ease and comfortable. Sarah was very professional and explained what she was doing throughout the whole lesson and was there to help if anyone needed it. First time trying yoga, and can definitely say it's going well. As i end up sitting in a computer chair all day for work, being guided through stretches and relaxation techniques really helps to keep me moving, and to de-stress. Sarah's great at explaining how to do the moves, and keeps it lighthearted as well, so it's an enjoyable session i can do in my living room. If your someone who doesn't get as much activity as they'd like, or finds daily stresses building up, give a class a go 🙂

Sarah made me feel really comfortable. If I couldn’t do a pose she would advise the best option for me to do.
It’s great to know there are mats and blocks there for incase I forget mine!
