Hannah is a superb teacher. Her classes are challenging while suffused with a calm energy. She is super positive and I enjoy the different yoga styles she teaches making sure her classes are always interesting and there is something for everyone . She is fun too. I learnt something new every class , she helped me connect better with my body and accept its limitations and rejoice in its wonder. Thank you Hannah ! 😊🧘♂️

Hannah taught on a yoga retreat that I attended. She is a brilliant teacher and is skilled at adapting the yoga for differing abilities. Hannah encourages you to work at your own level and makes the practice work for you. She is also down to earth and brings her sense of humour to her teaching.

Hannah’s yoga sessions at the retreat were well designed to meet everyone’s needs. They were a good mixture of the physical asanas alongside deeply relaxing and mindful contemplation. Hannah is very friendly and approachable, offering alternatives when required and she fostered a lovely sense of community and togetherness over the course of our weekend. Hope our paths cross again!

Hannah was a fantastic yoga instructor who promoted a culture of 'no judgement' within her classes. I loved the mixture of yin and yang classes and the variety of different poses she used each day kept the classes fresh. Hannah also somehow managed to meet the differing levels of everyone within the class, allowing some to rest while challenging others. A perfect balance! Thank you Hannah for a wonderful yoga retreat! xx

I had a great experience with Hannah in Sri Lanka at rukgala retreat!
The Vinyasa classes had the perfect mix of activating, empowering flow and feel-good atmosphere - the Yin classes were relaxing but still slightly energizing so you can leave with a smile.
Her classes are clearly structured and she is super at guiding them verbally. At the same time, her cheerful nature can sometimes lead to a laugh. She knows how to bring the group she teaches together so that everyone feels good and secure.
She has a great, authentic way to make you feel good.

Hannah was a brilliant yoga teacher. I came away with the intent to improve and learn more about yoga and I did! Her classes were varied, interesting and there was something for all abilities. I especially enjoyed the vinyasa flow style movements.

I cannot recommend Hannah enough! She is an amazing yoga teacher. After only one week of training every day with Hannah my body had become much more flexible and my technique had improved immensely. And on top of that she is just the kindest soul - the one that would make even Kirsten Stewart smile.

Hannah’s yoga is open, loving, accepting, fun yet respectful. We mostly did a mix of Hatha & gentle flow. She has a way that encourages development that helps you find joy in who and where you are. Hannah really helped me on my healing journey (having been through trauma recently), to honour my own body, to love where I’m at and give my body the gentle challenge it deserves. Having tried lots of ‘at home’ workouts and yoga over the last year, I can most definitely recommend Hannah Saunders Yoga. Hannah is such a great teacher and her flows are so easy to follow as she guides you through them so brilliantly (amazing if you are a beginner). She also has lots of options for all levels, so whether you’re still learning (like me) or more advanced, she has options for everyone. Her flows definitely hit the right spots as well, a proper work out. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Hannah 😊
