I’ve been doing Natalie’s online and face-to-face classes for over a year now and they are so amazing. There is a massive range of classes to suit all abilities and workout goals. I particularly love the online subscription where you can do unlimited Fitness and Yoga classes whenever you want for just £18 a month. I’ve found my motivation and commitment has been far greater using Mindful Earth’s subscription service compared to random YouTube videos or the gym, so much so, I’ve lost over 12kg (2 stone) and can actually keep it off with Natalies classes - which is something I never thought I could achieve. Natalie is genuinely the best instructor I’ve had, she’s so encouraging and explains the exercises very well. Natalie is also always happy to chat about injuries etc. and will offer you alternative exercises so you can still get the most out of the classes. Overall, I strongly recommend Mindful Earth‘s ‘in person’ and online classes to anyone who wants to improve their cardio, stamina, strength and muscle tone.

Natalie, the ball of sunshine and enthusiasm behind Mindful Earth, is easily the best fitness instructor I've had (and being in the armed forces, I've had a lot of instructors!). I originally went to her boxfit and yoga flow classes and, since going back into lockdown, I was quick to subscribe to her online fitness studio. Natalie manages to cater for a wide range of abilities even in the same class, so whether you consider yourself a beginner or you've been training for a while, I'm confident she'll match your needs. Friendly and approachable, she's always happy for a chat and keen to share her breadth of fitness knowledge with anyone eager to learn. Given how restricted many of us are with gyms being closed at the moment, I couldn't recommend the Mindful Earth online studio more

I'm very pleased to be able to recommend Mindful Earth yoga :) Natalie has been teaching me over the past few years, both in person and on line, and she provides really nice classes. Natalie's instructions are very clear and she provides lots of options if you're not up to the full extent of the poses, so all abilities are catered for. She is also very approachable and receptive to feedback and requests, so you're sure to have your yoga needs met. If you join Natalie at Mindful Earth yoga I am sure that you will be happy with the classes and with Natalie too :)

Natalie's On-Line Classes have helped me survive all our Lockdowns! I'm a fit person who loves her exercise and studio classes in particular. As I obviously can't go to the gym, Mindful Earth has helped me maintain my fitness, my flexibilty and my mind. There is a HUGE number of classes to try from yoga to BoxFit, from Core Training to HIIT classes, and Natalie talks you through and demonstrates harder and easier options throughout. What's more, at about 60p per day, I find this easily affordable. Thank you so much, Natalie.

Natalie at Mindful Earth is a lovely instructor she offers Yoga and fitness for every level. The online studio full of classes to do in my own time at home is great, I can pick what class I want to do and there are loads.

Can't thank Natalie enough for tailoring the classes to fit all needs.After I developed a trapped nerve, the option to do low impact exercises has meant that I can continue to do the classes. She is quick to respond to messages on the private Facebook group and always so supportive and encouraging. I definitely feel far more motivated to exercise with Natalie as she delivers a personal experience that other generic You Tube video's just can't offer.

I have been to both the socially distanced in person studio classes and have signed up to the online studio. I always feel comfortable at Natalie's classes. She is good at adapting exercises if you have an injury or an underlying health condition.

Natalie is absolutely amazing at what she does. After signing up I stopped and questioned myself: "wait why am I doing this? I could just do it for free on YouTube" then I realised why. 1. Natalie is motivating and I love her classes I never feel that Im pushed too hard but also feel that the way she choreographs the workouts make me want to keep going til the end. 2. Doing these workouts alongside my diet has helped me to lose A STONE in January! 3. I feel stronger! In my job I do quite a bit of lifting and since working out, I am finding it easier and easier to do my job. Its working!! 4. I know that Im paying a local business so that the owner can do that "happy dance" when someone signs up, not payong towards some corporate company's CEO. 5. Every class is fresh and fun and as I said so well choreographed I dont even feel like Im working out (well not until I realise how much I'm SWEATING!) 6.Natalie keeps me updated on her Facebook page with any new classes being added which is so helpful! I cannot thank her enough for creating this space that I can feel a part of in my own home. Id give her 1000 stars if I could. 1000/5.
