I can't recommend Atira Yoga enough. Lorna is such a great Yoga teacher and her classes are a great antidote to a busy work week! I work from home and having time carved out in the diary at lunchtime to practice yoga is so important. Her classes are calming, thorough and good for all experience levels. The classes I attend are virtual and they're easy to sign up and attend, and it's great to be with others virtually too. Love practicing with Lorna 🌟

Lorna is such a wonderful yoga instructor. She creates a relaxing space, making you feel instantly relaxed. The thing I love most about Lorna's weekly yoga classes is that each session is different and has a unique focus. Over the course of the month, you have worked on different areas of your body. Not only does she focus on the body, she always adds in some more meditative techniques and includes mindfulness in her practice, would highly recommend!

I have attended Lorna's lunchtime yoga sessions - they are perfect to attend on a work day to switch off, unwind, relax and recharge.
Lorna has a calm, encouraging and nurturing approach. She is also very connected to the spirit of what yoga is and reads wonderful quotes at the start of the sessions, which I just love.
Thank you Lorna !

Lorna's classes are excellent, tailored to the needs of the individuals on the group. Lorna has a very gentle and supportive approach. Yoga is fairly new for me and Lorna has helped to make this an integral part of my week and something that I really look forward to.

Lorna has been very supportive in helping me to get into Yoga. Fast approaching 60 I was becoming aware that having a sometimes stressful and sedentary job with long hours at a computer my body was becoming less flexible and managing stress was at times becoming overwhelming. Lorna has helped and coached me to use Yoga as a way of stretching my body and focusing on poses to help my balance and open up my hips. Also with breathing techniques to manage my stress levels and as important be kind to myself. Thank you Lorna

Today's session with Lorna reminded me how much I enjoyed our retreat days pre-covid and how much benefit I felt from them mentally and physically.
Also aware I haven't been remotely healthy during lockdown and I can feel it in my body which I need to address bit by bit. Been missing the mini desk yoga sessions that I had been trying to do and this longer session with Lorna felt so good and constructive. Plan to book them on a regular basis as part of my wellbeing effort. Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Lorna’s employee yoga sessions. The perfect space to stop, take some time for yourself, breathe and unwind, peacefully punctuating the working day. Lorna will expertly guide you with a supportive and empathic teaching style. An essential for work based wellness.

I love Lorna's on line yoga class. I am not a great fan of zoom but she makes these sessions enjoyable, easy to follow and offers alternatives to any poses that we find difficult. It's a very calming experience and would fully recommend it.

Lorna has supported Kingston Council Wellbeing Wednesday intuitive since its launch in July 2020, providing our employees with yoga and meditation sessions that have contributed significantly to their well-being during the working day.
She is friendly, welcoming, and approachable with a calming presence, putting those who attend each session at ease as well as taking into consideration each person’s needs to ensure their safety at all times.
Below is just a few examples of the fantastic feedback we’ve received from our staff:
‘Lorna led this session really well, and I would be keen to attend another. Thank you!’
‘Lorna - wonderful approach!’
‘Lorna is a great teacher - please use her again!’
We greatly value and appreciate Lorna’s contribution to Wellbeing Wednesdays and hope to continue collaborating with her in upcoming events over the coming years.

When taking part in one of her classes it is clear that Lorna really knows her stuff, I am a runner and have found her yin yoga to be especially useful for me in loosening me up and opening up my hips. Highly recommended!
