I've been practising yoga with Michelle for five years now. She is always ready to help, to adjust her classes to suit your needs, especially the little ailments that life sends you as you go along. And afterwards the relaxation, the sense of well-being and a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Michelle's yoga classes are everything it says here, 'on the box', so to speak.
The movement sequences are well thought out, making sure that every part of the body receives attention, is warmed up, stretched and/or strengthened. Her approach is unhurried, attentive, spacious, calm, light, encouraging. She gives information if asked for and skillfully supports individuals to move and breathe and explore.
I haven't met a better teacher - yet - and feel totally deprived if I cannot make it to my class.
If there is a space free, hurry to book it!
