I’m 42 and any time there is wind I’m on the sea Kitesurfing. In 2020 I had a bad back for 10 months which kept me off the water as I was in too much pain. As part of my rehab to strengthen my core, I was advised to start doing Pilates Reformer. I found Reach Pilates Collective, as it’s in my local area, and what a lucky person I am as I started doing Pilates with Haleli. I can not recommend Reach enough, if I could give it 10 stars out of 5 I would. She is an incredible teacher, who is passionate, understanding, patient and creative. All of her classes are fantastic! I’ve been doing Pilates Reformer twice a week for a year and a half and what a difference it’s made to my body. I want to stay active and fit and on the water for as long as my body will allow me... Pilates Reformer is the answer. I’ll be 70 and still bombing around on the sea. I now have a healthy, strong, flexible back and core. It’s strengthening, weighted stretching and mobility.

I have been a customer of Reach Physiotherapy for over 2 years. I started with physio sessions with Julian Paredes - highly recommended as he takes a holistic approach and includes alternative techniques in the treatment plan such as acupuncture. Since the first pandemic lockdown, I ceased the physio sessions and started mat Pilates with Halleli Nenner via Zoom. This was a great alternative for my treatment: the classes are varied every week, Halleli does a great job in instructing remotely, and she always provides different levels of difficulty to accommodate all attendees. During times that I couldn’t attend the live Zoom session, Halleli shared the video recording, which allowed me to maintain my weekly exercise routine in my own time. I highly recommend Reach Pilates and Halleli Nenner for their great service and customer focus and care!

Haleli is incredibly knowledgable and created a programme and sessions unique to suit my needs. She identified my weaknesses quickly and I have made huge progress in my flexibility throughout my body and rehabilitation in my shoulder and back. Moreover, she is an all-rounder caring and lovely person, so you know she has your best interest at heart!

I have been coming to the reformer Pilates class with Halleli for over two and a half years and I absolutely love it. The classes are small and intimate so you feel like you are getting the best out of them, and Halleli is a wonderful teacher. I always come out of the classes feeling so re-aligned and relaxed!

If you are lucky enough to have Halleli as your instructor, you have struck gold. She is patient, informative and instructs with great understanding and enjoyment of a subject close to her heart. Pilates with Halleli is the highlight of each busy week and under her tutelage, helps to remind me to slow down, recalibrate and simply breathe.

Lovely way to start my weekend on a Saturday morning at Lauren's class. Challenging & very enjoyable, the classes are small & intimate which is great as you get a 1-2-1 feel in a lovely, light and airy studio.
