I have been having yoga classes weekly with Mike for the past 2 months. I have had many teachers in the past but Mike’s classes are by far the best. I never feel under pressure with his relaxed method of teaching. My yoga has improved immensely and I can definitely feel the positive effects in my daily life.
Mike often sends us pictures from our zoom class of our postures and tips on how to improve them. As from next week,I am doing 2 classes a week. I would highly recommend Roots Yoga and Mikes teaching, definitely 5 stars!

The most enjoyable but demanding yoga I've ever taken. Plenty of emphasis on each stage of a posture, often not going as far as the full but makes you work incredibly hard with individual advice, I've built up to 2 classes a week and I really notice the difference. Highly recommended!

I have now been doing yoga at Roots
Yoga for 3 months, it is such as a work out but I feel calm and fit for the rest of the day. Mike is a very patient teacher and explains every position very clear, and allows you to go at your own pace. Always been a Pilates person myself , but tried this out & it really is amazing in 2 ways: 1. Feels like a real workout, heart really gets pumping at times. 2. Because of the focus on breathing it also really chills you out. I’ve done 3 sessions now & it just makes you feel so good for the rest of the day. Give it a go if you’ve never tried it before.
