I joined the classes at the beginning of lockdown and have attended regularly. I appreciate that Julie and Bex are both qualified Physios and are able to help and support each of those attending in a professional and friendly manner. The classes kept me going through lockdown and I still attend as I have felt and appreciate the physical and emotional benefits.

The classes are friendly, personal and as challenging as you want to make them. Being Physiotherapist running Pilates and Yoga groups they have a full knowledge of which muscles should be working and how to adapt or tweak the exercise on screen as required. There is plenty of variety so no chance to get bored. I first joined during the first weeks of lockdown and am still there.
The retreat I attended was equally as good.

These classes are brilliant. Julie and Bex are highly experienced and keep things fresh each time. The classes are adaptable to your energy level, experience or strength and Julie and Bex always keep an eye on you to make sure you're doing things correctly. They also give you alternative exercise to do if you've got a specific injury/weakness. I would certainly recommend these classes and the lovely Mindful Physios.

These classes are fun and very effective. Becky and Julie are physiotherapists as well as qualified Pilates and Yoga instructors who offer seven lessons every week on a PAYG basis or on a monthly subscription scheme. Booking and payment is done via the Momence App which makes booking classes and paying incredibly easy.
The classes are always different so that over a period of time all parts of the body are worked on. Having demonstrated each move they then watch each client as they exercise - correcting positions and offering alternatives for beginners or for those recovering from injury or illness. They bring mindfulness into every lesson which leaves me feeling stronger in both mind and body at the end of each class.
They run a number of retreats throughout the year in the Cotswolds and in the Scottish Highlands which offer accommodation, amazing vegetarian food, beauty treatments in addition to a range of classes (some on the beach), meditation and walks through the grounds of the venue estates.
I highly recommend The Mindful Physios.

These are lovely friendly classes that cover all levels. The instructors are both so friendly and upbeat. They watch all that you do to make sure that you carry out the moves correctly and safely. The exercises work on different areas each week and you slowly gain strength and flexibility. The Yoga classes are so relaxing and very mindful.
I love all classes and find I am challenged, but have fun at the same time
I would highly recommend.
