Debbie prepares for her yoga classes well, always adding something different into each session. She is very knowledgeable on how yoga affects the body, physically and mentally. All levels of ability are catered for, Debbie explains variations to the movements which can be adjusted to using a chair when needed. I always feel better after attending her classes, and take away a posture/way of breathing/feel good factor to enhance my day!

I go to Debbies Yoga class on Wednesday morning at the Park Centre Kingswood. This is an excellant class, with differences every week, which makes it even more interesting.
