I have been doing both Yoga and Pilates classes with Sarah at Physio Flow Studio for some time now. I have to say how much I enjoy these classes and my love for yoga has evolved.
Sarah is passionate and extremely encouraging. She goes that extra mile in her practises to ensure an all round experience including your mind, body and soul.
I attended the retreat in Glastonbury which was a great weekend full of all the things I enjoy! Sarah’s skills also extend to her baking and I have been to many of her brunch sessions. I can’t wait for Morocco next year! I feel happier, healthier and more relaxed after a session with Physio Flow.

I have attended in-studio and online Pilates classes with Sarah and have enjoyed both. The studio provides a very Covid-safe, relaxing and cheerful environment in which to practise. Online, the classes are equally enjoyable (and mean I can stay in bed longer). Either way, Sarah's teaching is always clear, encouraging and professional. She manages to test those who want to challenge themselves while also offering easier options for the less ambitious (me). Also makes the best energy balls and brownies in the world. Thoroughly recommended.

Physio Flow Studio has exactly the perfect balance of relaxation and movement within a spacious and immaculate setting for all yoga and Pilates lessons. The expert tuition and friendly teachers make for excellent classes, whether a beginner or looking for something more challenging. I just love going there, whether for a class or physio therapy advice.

Sarah is an excellent Pilates and yoga instructor. As a physiotherapist, her knowledge of anatomy allows her to put together classes to a very high standard. Her instructions are so clear that, whether you are in the studio or at an online class, you can easily follow without having to watch her. She provides progression for each exercise enabling you to work at a level which is appropriate for you.

I just felt I had to tell everyone about my great experience at physio flow Portishead. I was recommended by a friend of mine who goes to the yoga classes. Sarah West also does massage & as a runner unable to attend my usual masseuse during Covid I gave it a try. One of the best massages I’ve had & even got some great advice & stretches to do to prevent injury. I have regular chiropractic treatment and I find this complements that nicely. I hope to be running pain free for many years to come!

Lovely Sunday morning workshop with Lizzie exploring the core and rocket yoga. Physio is a calm, intimate space which is perfect for yoga classes. They have put in all the required measures for Covid 19 (hand sanitizer and only 6 participants with their own space) which means that we can all relax and focus on the class. Lizzie loves to teach and her enthusiasm for yoga bubbles over into her classes. She builds her classes around the people present and adapts the rocket sequence to support each individual to progress their own practice. I highly recommend the workshops as a chance to focus, explore and play over an extended period of time.

A fantastic location in Portishead super easy to get to from Nailsea, Clevedon and South Bristol and easy off the M5 for other parts of Bristol. Really easy FREE parking.
Such a clean, calm space, beautifully decorated, lots of real plants and space for fun safe socially distanced yoga.
A wide variety of classes and styles, lots of lovely teachers, and a really nice community feel amongst existing members but also really welcoming to new students.
A wonderful addition to this lovely seaside town, a cafe on site, and near the marina to if you want a walk around before or after.

This is a fresh new studio but with experienced instructors who clearly put their heart and soul into their classes, and also provide a relaxing environment for highly effective physiotherapy.
