I attended Raggs pregnancy yoga classes during both of my pregnancies. In person with my first and online with my second (pandemic). Not only were the classes uplifting and relaxing but they set me up for two beautiful births. The breathing and positions Raggs taught us in the class were perfect to adopt whilst in labour. Raggs is very warm, calm and friendly. An excellent yoga teacher! I can't recommend her enough!
