I am loving the Monday evening pilates classes. There are multiple options to attend - in person, on zoom or doing a recorded session later. If you miss a class you can join one of the others instead. I can feel my shoulders, back and other muscles stretching out after a week hunched over a laptop. I have a knee problem and Sandhya encourages us all to work to our own ability with advice on how to achieve just a little bit more. Love the 5 minute relaxation at the end of the classes which sets me up for the week. Always leave the class feeling so glad I made the effort to get there. Highly recommended.

Went to Sandhya’s yoga class to try it out! Week one I had no idea what I was doing just went with the flow as best I could. Instructions were easy to follow and there were plenty of variation in the moves to ensure you could push yourself or not fall over! I returned the next week and found I was remembering the moves and could get into it more!
I have no idea where I go during the mindfulness section but do I love that place!
Now I’m hooked, Sandhya’s a brilliant teacher, and has a lovely calming approach. There’s lots of variation so it suits all capabilities and abilities!
Give it a go, go with the flow and leave with a glow😎

Joined Sandhya's Mindfulness Course with low expectations that it wouldn't be for me, as too busy to sit around thinking about nothing.. I stuck with it and realized it was just what I needed to stay in the present, not to worry about the past or the future.
It's made me stronger and more able to think clearly and calmly.
Pilates with Sandhya makes me feel good. I like the ease of movement and doing exercise that suits me via Zoom.
Relaxation at the end increases my energy levels and I always look forward to the next session.

I consider it a blessing that Sandhya offers her classes so close to where we live. I really enjoy her class and always leave with more energy as well as a greater feeling of connection with myself, sense of space in my body and feeling of oneness with the beauty of this world. Sandya did a yoga party for my birthday in her studio (I wanted to do something different, not just go out and eat and drink). A few of the group were reluctant/had a bad yoga experience previously (with other instructors)/had no experience of yoga at all. Sandhya's yoga classes are relaxed and friendly. Sandhya adapts each posture to suit individual needs as I have a knee joint problem she will always suggest alternative postures for me . We loved the family class in the lovely new studio. My 4-year old enjoyed herself enormously, and it's great to meet like-minded parents. Sandhya teaches mindfulness, body-awareness and yoga to the little ones in a way they can digest. It's a wonderful thing to learn as a family. Definitely recommended.

Sandhya is a great teacher with just the right level of instruction and encouragement. The more spiritual side of Yoga is introduced and integrated into the classes but never feels forced. All in all - friendly , happy yogis ;-)

I organised a yoga class with Sandyha as part of my friend's hen weekend. We had our session in the picturesque Botanical gardens in Bath, and everyone had a fantastic time! The session was suitable for everyone, including those who had never tried yoga before. We particularly enjoyed the pair activities organised, which were a great ice breaker for the group. Sandyha was friendly, professional and fun, and I would definitely recommend the class to anyone looking for a private yoga event.
